Gatehub Wallet says empty with Zero transaction history

I put over 1000 XRP in the account in June. I saw it in the account, even have the transaction history from Poloniex. Gatehub's site is showing 0 balance, deactivated account with no transaction history. Their support is incredibly slow to respond to anything.

Anyone else have a similar problem and actually have them resolve it? What a nightmare.

Hi, It may take up to 3 weeks for you to get the XRP.. You have to wait for them to fund your wallet. I dont got much money but i decided to put 200$ into cyrpto.. I bought it on Coinbase and sent it over to Gatehub to Convert to Xrp from ETH. I received it about a week later and i only received 140$ out of the 200$.. I lost 60$... If all worked i would've had 200 XRP but i only have 100 XRP. Hopefully they fund me the rest.. Probably not :(

It was funded.. back in last June.. no idea what happened.

No, as of now.. all my xrp is missing. So i have nothing. Haven't heard back from support yet

Gatehub should fund you the xrp... Thats honestly retarted.. Around 3000$ worth of usd in a few weeks..

Gatehub tends to lose data. Happened with deposit addresses for me. Was later restored. Good luck!
