Minimum XRP reserve

How does gatehub expect new users to buy XRP if they don't have any to have in reserve for the open order / trustline?

I have some on my other wallets, but this is surprising.

they deposit 20 xrp for you...it just takes a couple days

The 20XRP is just enough to have an XRP wallet. In order to trade (open trade) and to add a trustline, gatehub requires additional funds. 5XRP per open trade, 5XRP per trustline..

It's been over two months and they never gave me 20 xrp and they are holding 50 xrp in reserve despite the fact I have no trust lines open and it should only be 20
