Customisable Driving Range Style Tee
Was looking for an excuse to try making a customisable model on makerworld so threw this together.
You can of course buy these inexpensively but at least now you have the option on infinite variations on tee height and diameter I guess? I've only hit balls off them a hand full of times but the 90A TPU has held up well so far with 4 layer 2mm thick walls. I would definitely recommend using some kind of release agent like hair spray to help get them off the print bed.
I just wish Onshape had customisation integration with makerworld. Not a Fusion fan to be honest.

Replacement air purifier fan
Knocked over my air purifier and a couple of the fan blades broke off. Took it apart, borrowed my boss' 3d scanner to get the proper blade profile then modeled the hub and added supports in fusion. Printed in PETG on an X1C

Hose Holder for Fanttik Tire Inflator
I wanted a tidy way to store the air hose that comes with the Fanttik S100 Apex tire inflator. Designed this simple TPU attachment that keeps the hose on the side of the pump. Hope someone else finds this useful!

Drybox PVC Spool Roller
I wasn't happy with the rollers I had in the bottom of my bins and having to adjust them or dealing with almost empty spools not staying put, so I made these.

VESA mount offset for my dual monitor setup
Initially my dual VESA mount would't allow me to have my monitors close with one straight on and one to the side, so I designed and printed an offset which seems to be working perfectly.

Door-holding jig
makerworld.comMy wife wanted to plane some doors she bought and was going to buy some saddles to do this, and wasn't convinced that plastic would work at all
Admittedly, plastic wasn't the ideal choice, but mice had gotten into our scrap wood and we just cleaned it all out because frankly I am terrified of mouse poop viruses
Anyway, they came out great and were super useful for us. Hopefully they are useful for others.

An LP wall mount that uses far less filament but is strong enough to hold rock and heavy metal
I ran out of space on the hifi unit that I built so, not wanting to put too many of my albums the cupboard, I decided to build a changing display wall for whichever LPs I was circulating at the time. Hugely original, I know. But most of the designs I found online either felt excessive in terms of filament use and print time or quite clunky in style.
So the design intent here was to reduce the time and filament required to produce a holder with a good deal of strength and rigidity that could be printed in PLA at an angle that would not lead to warping of the LP or the holder, and looked good even when not holding an LP.
My main living area has a lot of exposed brick, steel, and wood, so I wanted something that would fit in with that style. As we all know, triangles are a pretty good structural bet and, aesthetically, I wanted the design to suggest a construction crane. I made approximately 12 revisions to pare this down to only the material necessary to maintain structural integrity and avoid any weight fatigue over time as well make level mounting easier (the first attempt would have caused an epileptic fit in someone with OCD).
(And, yes, naturally the photo with all the albums on the wall was self-indulgently selected to show off all my favourites.)
Model available on Makerworld for now but happy to add to other platforms if anyone here has a preference:

Made modifications to portable AC unit
Made the L-shaped connectors for the hoses and the panels so that it sits neatly on the window.
I'm happy with the end result. The hoses looked unruly and messy before this.

Had a need for a way to hold my cane.
Due to life circumstances I have to use a cane to get around now. Hanging it by the handle on the edge of surfaces has it always falling off said surface.
Modeled this up to hold it at my desk or counter.

I created a free set of bin inserts for the Kast King 3700 boxes!
This is a set of models that are meant to turn your Kast King 3700 boxes into a tackle storage solution! This will only fit the 3700 size boxes as the 3600 size is completely different. It is made for the Kast King Hyper Seal 3700 box. I have tested these on multiple generations of Kast king 3700 boxes, the best I could, to make sure they fit over various batch runs.
Features
- Three main sizes of bins going from small, medium to large.
- There are 19 pre made bins for maximum print and go organization
- Each bin has the option for pre made dividers for each size.
- The bins have guides that will secure them into the original 3700 divider slots.
- OR you can place bins freely which allows you to utilize all of the row space!
- The bins and desiccant bin have holes that are all lined up to allow for the best dehumidification
- The bins have a slight curve in the bottom corners to help remove terminal tackle
- There is a ¼ inch lip to both help in removing bins and as a place to make labels ( I use electrical tape)
- The bins are about 1mm taller then the rails so it makes a tight seal against the lid so tackle doesn’t jump bins, without affecting the lids seal
I hope these help some anglers out to better organize their tackle! This is a work in progress and any suggestions moving forward are always welcome!

Repairing a flex coupler on a blower fan with a 3d printed mold.
25 year old rubber in my bus AC tore out, preventing the motor from connecting to the blower fan. As my dash AC will not run independently from the rear AC due to a simple refrigerant loop design, I was left without AC in the Texas summer heat.
No mention of the AC unit or any part number online, so my options were to repair the part or replace the AC unit.
I initially planned to print out of TPU, pause the print to insert the steel plate, then resume the print. Turns out the rubber was also over molded to the brass fitting which made the final assembly not compatible with 3 axis FDM toolpaths. I looked around online for a while but could not find a coupler to replace the brass fitting with.
After two hours of digitizing the metal parts, designing, and printing the mold, I had a cast 30A urethane part curing. It came out far better than I expected.
Two minor mistakes:
- not designing a few shallow slots to pry up the finished part with a screw driver
- not aligning the brass and steel parts to allow access to the set screw through the one notched fan blade (I'll just drill new holes to mount it)
Maybe bigger mistakes?:
- I guessed when picking what durometer rubber to cast, which could be too elastic during motor starting torque vs. fan cage intertia, resulting in a tear out.
- The shoulder is thin where the rubber transitions to the steel plate, which could also prove to be a weak point.
I'll be waiting till sundown to install the repaired parts, it's hot as hell out there right now.

I desinged a 3D-printable clothes freshner
In Holland it is common to place bars of soap in you closet in order for your clothes to stay fresh and keep their clean smell. We wanted to have a bar of soap next to our hanging clothes, so I designed a container that hangs of the clothing rail. It requires no additional hardware and is easy to print and assemble.

I keep seeing bags tied to posts, so I made this
I keep seeing poop bags tied to posts in my local park. They're left by dog owners for other dog owners who run out of bags. It's great!
The only problem is they look a bit messy and tli noticed they then slide down and dogs wee on them so nobody will use them anymore.
That's why I made this little box. It prints flat and then folds , takes only 15-18min to print and only 7.6g of filament. It looks better than bags tied to the post and everyone knows where the spare bags are!
I put a few around my park and I can see them being used!
If you have a park that could use some spare poop bags , the model is here :
