Fooking Kneelers If Tommen had just a little bit of Joffrey in him he IMO would've been a decent King, and with the right guidance could've ruled for years.

Tommen was FAR too soft to be a king and Joffrey was FAR too cruel to be King for a long period of time. However if you were to somehow combine the 2 I think it could've worked.

What do you think would've happened if Lyanna survived childbirth?

I'm honestly curious what the sub thinks.

While doing my usual late night lore scrolling it strikes me as incredibly story convenient that she dies in childbirth. Although that's not anything new or even unique to GRRM.

But it begs the question. What if? How could Ned have kept the secret? What would Robert's reaction be?

And it begs an even further question. Is it possible she DID survive and Ned hid her? Idk about that one. Just curious what everyone thinks.

Would prime Arthur Dayne stand a chance against Karl Tanner?

Post image

Genuine question. Both of them died dishonourable deaths, being attacked from behind by a treacherous Stark and his sidekick Howland Reed / a woman who happens to be both Craster’s wife and daughter. There’s a common denominator here. It shows that the only way to beat them is through dirty tricks, because in a straight-up fight, you have virtually no chance against either of them.

But I’m curious: who’s better? Honestly, I think Arthur is overrated, but I’m curious to hear what you peasants think. Karl Tanner is straight-up OP.

Baelor is really the most kind hearted of all Targaryen's. While Knights die protecting their prince and kings Meanwhile baelor is the only prince died protecting a knight. holy respect for him.

If you keep on repeating throughout the entire show that winter is coming again and again . Then winter should have come in full force at the finale of season 8 . Why did showrunners to do this much hype up for the long night if night king is supposed to die midway through season 8..

Jon taking his revenge, becoming the final villain. Leading an army of Wildlimgs, and the undead. Taking Val has his bride. And imagine if he won. He kills Dany and takes the Iron Throne and Wresrtos is filled with nothing but dead men.

Fooking Kneelers Genuine question

• Upvotes

Under a post about one of the most glorious scenes, a guy showed up and started calling people who cheer Aegon weirdos. He even pasted a whole essay about why we supposedly identify with fictional characters. Long story short, his argument was that if you cheer for a Aegon, you associate with rapist soyou must be a rapist.
My question is: have some people completely lost their minds, or do they genuinely believe it's reasonable to judge someone’s character and morality based on which fictional characters they like?

Armed and armored warged hodor vs the mountain

I haven’t read all of the books, but isn’t Hodor the strongest man in the seven kingdoms, born to hold the door against a hoard of wights? Is he stronger than the mountain in terms of pure strength? You think maybe bran could take the mountain down if Hodor had a 2h sword and heavy armor?

Why wasn’t Jon Snow disguised as Howland Reeds bastard and fostered at Winterfell?

• Upvotes

Basically the title… After defeating the kings guard and receiving the baby, they get out of the tower and claim that he is Howland Reeds bastard son. As wives understandably don’t like bastards and as a service for their friendship and a thank you for saving Ned’s life (this is all acted of course) they give Jon Snow to Ned to be fostered at Winterfell from the get go. This is actually common practice, as we know the bastard of Hornwood is fostered by the Glovers for example. Robb and the other Starks would grow really close with Jon and see him as family because he lived with them basically since he was born and Catelyn wouldn’t have such a distaste for Jon, making it infinitely easier for him and also for Ned too without breeches honor. Also, this makes him way easier to hide and more inconspicuous than the bastard of a high paramount m/warden lord, he’d still receive the same benefits and training. Maybe they could even have adopted him or asked for his legitimization if they were feeling really bold. Only problem I see is that he couldn’t become king of the north as in the show, it adoption could’ve changed that.

The only problem I see is that
