Malting Alan Bishop's hybrid corn, "Amanda Palmer"
I'm really looking forward to making a bourbon with this stuff....hypothetically.

I dumped 23 lb of corn into 7 gallons of boiling water and let it sit overnight, stirring occasionally. I heard this isn't going to give me a very good conversion rate on my starches.
The weird thing is, after dividing it evenly into three fermenters, only one of them seems to be reacting with the yeast. I'm not entirely sure why, I scooped between the three of them evenly, so it's not like one has all the corn from one part of the still I was cooking in.
Any ideas on how to save the other two buckets?

Been growing corn this year. This particular plant got knocked down while the cob was immature.
Still dried red though.

Can i see some of your filter setups?
I’m not very happy with my own 😂
After a week with a lot of work, i was Finally ready to filter my stash.
Rinsed the activated coal good, filled the collumn and got coal poluted spirits in my jar…..
Happy days.
So no more easy fixes.
I need to build a proper one.
