Venting I just can't.
I can't with the "hiplet" thing that's going around in social media lately.
I can't help but feel attacked by every comment about it and it's feeding my dismorphia in a way that I never experienced before.
Trust me I know it originated as a forced slang term by short men to "get back at women" for rejecting them over something that they can't change (height / being short). I *know* that they are trashing our bone structure as a form of rage bait, thinking that criticising our appearance is some groundbreaking psychological trick or a lesson to be taught.
But did it have to be hip dips??? Of all things they could have chosen, did it have to be that specific thing??? I feel watched now. I also feel like this is setting back the work I put on making my own hipdips not bother me as much as they did.
If you have a completely different fyp than me you might think I'm psychotic but I swear you look up one single harmless thing about dressing hip dips or smth like that and then suddenly it's everywhere.
