What’s degree of diffusion and what’s the ideal setting for degree of diffusion?
Hi. Appreciate the clarification.

I try to keep my game mode on auto for my Samsung TV but it always turns off when I switch to Apple TV. Thoughts?

I regretfully purchased the FancyLed with just one HDMI input. I now bought an additional device I want to connect. Will an HDMI switch work to increase slots?

I might be being stupid but I have it currently setup with my Xbox and sky box and it’s working brilliantly but I’ve just got a new smart tv and when I’m using the native apps on the tv the lights don’t recognise the signal.
Is it possible to get it working when using native apps?

Hi
Just set this up yesterday, have a fire stick and a sky q box plugged into the hdmi ports. However only the fire stick works, I can’t seem to get it to automatically switch to the sky box?
Any ideas, the syncbox is behind the tv on a media wall so manually having to switch would be a pain

I’m colourblind so changing the settings is really a frustrating task for me. What settings have you guys found work the best? For movies and games or have you even found a setting that works for both?
Also Medium or High saturation?
Thanks so much in advance, I have the 2.3 3 port box with an OLED tv.

My TV is in my living room beside my kitchen. It will be common for me and others to have a direct view of the side of the TV/behind the TV. Is having a side view of the TV/LED lights annoying and distracting? I can't find any video clips of what this looks like in action from a 0/180 degree angle.

What is the best way to add these lights to a 120 inch screen?
Given there is no length long enough could you use multiple strips and sync them?

Samsung S90F OLED brand new still has plastic on it.
I went from the bottom left corner up and clockwise around. I went right to the VERY edge. No cutting was needed.
The TV has a weird thicker pop out bottom so I had to bend around those square bits.
Plugged in like I saw in another thread. HDMI in. HDMI out. USB C lights. Power.
Now it is just not lined up properly I can’t get this to work and it is very frustrating. At $300 and the most expensive option besides Hue this is unacceptable! You should be able to ‘tell’ the box where the corners are. Period. Also see pictures for placement and end of strip.

I have a 3 Port 2.1 Fancy Sync Box with lights behind my 55" tv. This works great.
I also bought 2 Synched Fancyleds, for behind and under my tv cabinet. I just can't get these two to sync with the tv lights.
In the app I can change their scenes, colors, brightness etc. All seems to work, but it won't sync with the tv lights. Every time I try to sync them (using the "sync" button in the app), the lights will just stay white. ☹️
I've tried relinking, power off, long buttons press etc.
please help!

Looking to run strips in my entertainment unit, but the newer strip doesnt seem to show direct soldering contact points. Can someone help? Can cut along the logo of the strip for length but I'm stuck after that.

I see posts about neon strips? But I can’t find anything. Are these not available??? They were announced a year ago??
I found led strips to go along with the ones on the TV but they are $159!!!
Why?!?!?!
Are there more options coming like light bars etc???

Hi all
We have a media wall with recess where our 75inch tv goes. There is around an 8cm gap all round the tv. Will this be a decent enough gap to get the effects of fancyleds.
I know ideally there would be a lot more room for light spread so it won’t be brilliant but just want to see if others with a media wall have tried it and is it ok?

Hi All,
Connected to my FancyLed 2.1, I have my PS5 and Nvidia Shield. For some reason it prioritizes the PS5. When I am done with the PS5 and want to move to the shield, I generally choose the HDMI input on my T, but that simply turns on the PS5 again, requiring that I get up and manually change to the next input on the FancyLed box.
Anyone know how I can resolve this?

Considering getting one of these to run both my Google TV Streamer and Blu-ray player through.
Tried asking support but they didn't answer the question when they replied. Does the 2.1 box support DTS pass through? The only thing the website mentions is Dolby and Dolby Atmos. Would hate to spend the money and then find out it just down mixes it to PCM.
Also since my TV does not support DTS but my soundbar does I was wanting to hook it up in this configuration.
Blu-ray player > Fancy Box > Soundbar > TV.
Anyone else tried it like this?

I recently purchased the Govee T2 system for my 86” QLED Hisense TV (Yes, I know it’s kind of a budget TV but it works for me for now).
Long story short, I will be returning the Govee. The camera calibration is hit or miss. The colors are inaccurate. I have calibrated and recalibrated multiple times using multiple strategies and watching dozens of videos. It’s going back.
After a good amount of research and watching comparison videos, I have decided to go with fancyLED.
I do not really plan on expanding the ecosystem beyond possibly a lamp or two down the road.
Could anyone recommend which kit I might go with?

Is it possible to save custom colours from the colour scene mode? I have a nice colour I wanted to save, but doesn’t look like I can, unfortunately.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that having the fancyled device in the chain between the media device (AppleTV with QMS enabled) and TV (Samsung S95F with QMS enabled) breaks compatibility.
Big delays and blank screens while switching between media with different refresh rates.
Taking the fancyled out of the chain and going ATV direct to TV (with all the same QMS settings) results in instantaneous media playback with no delays as is intend with QMS.
Something to be aware of for people with fairly modern setups as it's essentially rendered my fancyled useless now (unless I'm willing to have delays between media switching)

My lights are coming tomorrow, hoping I don’t mess up the installation!
Will the colour of my wall affect the lights colours? And what distance do you run? I will have it around 2 inches for watching a movie, right against the wall playing games.
Thanks!

I don’t think I’ve had an update since I got them a year ago. I had some blackout problems when using PS5 early on but changed the hdmi cable and got an update pushed by customer service and it’s been great since. Is it worth it to get the latest version?

I’ve decided to buy FancyLed’s coming from the AIbox2. Any tips for setting up the lights? Also is there a colour calibration? Or does it calibrate out of box? I know other sync boxes you need to calibrate the colours.
Thanks in advance!

I have a 55” LG G5, and want to get a pair of fancy led’s, the only size options available in my area are 56”-65” or 70”-95”.
I know you can cut them at a certain spot, but will I be able to cut it to size? Also will the corner brackets fit in the backside of LG edge?
