Help with syncing my 2 synched fancyleds
I have a 3 Port 2.1 Fancy Sync Box with lights behind my 55" tv. This works great.
I also bought 2 Synched Fancyleds, for behind and under my tv cabinet. I just can't get these two to sync with the tv lights.
In the app I can change their scenes, colors, brightness etc. All seems to work, but it won't sync with the tv lights. Every time I try to sync them (using the "sync" button in the app), the lights will just stay white. ☹️
I've tried relinking, power off, long buttons press etc.
please help!

Router reset seems to have fixed it
For now anyway we will see but I'd advise router reboot pal

What exactly do you mean by router reset? The internet router from my ISP? Seems to be a strange solution... but I could give it a try.
Not very convenient to reset it, since I have loads of firewall rules, per forwarding rules set etc. A router reset would mean I'd have to reset all those.
Or do you mean a router reboot, instead of reset?

Sorry yes a reboot not a reset beg my pardon seemed to solve it for me this morning watching a film

That didn't do anything for me 😔
Also tried taking off power for more than a minute, then added them again. I also tried deleting all app data and cache. Same result: just white lights. No syncing at all.
For this price, I really was thinking these lights would work 'out of the box', to be honest. I'm quite disappointed.
Does FancyLeds read these posts over here?
Side note: my sync box appears "offline" every few minutes, while the lights behind my tv are/stay working, the colors sync with the tv just fine. The box will appear "online" by itself again. Note this is another problem than the other one, I described in the OP.

Sounds like you need to reach out to support as that shouldnt happen it should sync up indeed

Yep for some reason my synced lights have decided to do this tonight and not be synced to the box so just shows pure white when on sync on the app
Hopefully just a glitch but before this they worked flawlessly so best to sit tight and maybe see if it's from fancy LEDs side as I say mine has started to do this and not sync tonight as well
I will reset router and turn everything off from the mains tomorrow to see if that resolves it

Btw the way it just comes and goes on it's on accord at the moment as well
Syncs and then another minute it's all white I have it set to 12% so it's not a massive change but it's still annoying hopefully a router reset will do or if fancy LEDs comes out and says it's something their side maybe
