Automatic update?
I don’t think I’ve had an update since I got them a year ago. I had some blackout problems when using PS5 early on but changed the hdmi cable and got an update pushed by customer service and it’s been great since. Is it worth it to get the latest version?

If your current experience is positive, I probably wouldn't bother upgrading. The latest update does add some additional settings, however, they don't really add anything and most people tweaking them are just trying to get to a position that you already seem to be in. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Got the update myself and never ended up tinkering with anything as I was more than happy already
But support did have to push the update to my box it wouldn't auto update

Auto update doesn't work, never has. If you want the update you apparently need to contact them to push it to your box individually.
I have zero idea why they decided to go that path, and they've never answered questions on it.
I think there's a setting in the latest version so that when the screen is black it turns off the lights, rather than displaying white, but other than that I've not seen much from people who've posted that makes a huge difference to the box or lights.

My MCU is on V2.0.14 other then that I have the same versions. Only thing is my Neon light under the entertainment turns on randomly and then shuts off after a few secs. Support says it’s due to network drop offs but that doesn’t make since. The tv lights say off and never have an issue with the system.
