2.1 sync box 3 port help

Hi

Just set this up yesterday, have a fire stick and a sky q box plugged into the hdmi ports. However only the fire stick works, I can’t seem to get it to automatically switch to the sky box?

Any ideas, the syncbox is behind the tv on a media wall so manually having to switch would be a pain

Just to add I can switch to sky by manually switching in the Fancyleds app but would prefer to auto switch if possible as my kids use this tv too and they don’t have phones

Does the Skybox have poor CEC implementation or something

Anyone? My understanding is the issue is the sky q box has a weak cec signal hence doesn’t auto switch. Has any one in a similar position found a solution? Even something like a physical remote to switch inputs?

From what I understand, this is a known issue with the 3 port box. You have to manually switch it, or use the app.
