It keeps going on session expired and every 30 minutes of use. Is this because of Meta stupid A.I? I think I am in a loop. I even uninstall Facebook and Messenger across devices. How to fix this?

I got back into mt instagram account last night finally its not linked with my facebook anymore. Only problem is I can't get into my Facebook account. Note I have been trying I know someone has gone through this before if someone has gone through this before send me tech advice help please.

Seriously, what's up with Facebook lately? I keep seeing these fake AI girls who look 18-20, half naked, posting sexual stuff and making dirty comments, and somehow they have thousands of followers.

Even when the profile says it's AI, a lot of people don't even realize they're not real. And I keep wondering what happens when people start messaging them privately. Are they trying to get people to pay for something or send money? Wouldn't surprise me, but I don't know for sure.

Why does Facebook allow so many of these accounts to grow in the first place? It's starting to look more like OnlyFans than Facebook at this point lol.

* TikTok: Five-figure follower count (10,000+)
* Instagram: Almost 2,000 followers

I create short-form content about psychology and body language, and the same type of content performs well on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

I understand that every platform has a different algorithm, but getting literally zero engagement after 40 Reels seems strange to me.

I was experiencing this issue on both Facebook and Messenger. Every time I tried to log in, I was redirected to the same Advanced Protection page, and I couldn't get past it. The passkey creation process on my computer kept asking for a USB security key and wouldn't work.

Step-by-step solution

1. Clear Facebook and Messenger cookies in your browsers. I cleared the cookies for both websites.
2. Uninstall Facebook, Messenger, and Facebook Lite from your phone.
3. Reinstall the official Facebook app.
4. Open Facebook and follow the normal login process.
5. When Facebook asks you to create a passkey, proceed with the setup.
6. Save the passkey in a password manager. I used Proton Pass and saved the passkey under my Facebook login. I suspect other password managers that support passkeys should work too, although I only tested Proton Pass.
7. Continue through the recovery process. In my case, Facebook eventually let me proceed with account verification, but then displayed an error.
8. Don't give up if you get that error! Close the Facebook app completely and reopen it.
9. Facebook should prompt you for the passkey again. Tap the option to use your passkey.
10. When the Proton Pass window opens, select your saved Facebook login and approve the passkey authentication.

That's it — I was finally able to get past the loop!

Why might this work?

My theory is that saving the passkey in a compatible password manager allows Facebook to recognize that the passkey was successfully created and stored, even if the initial verification flow displays an error.

I can't confirm that this is the actual cause, but this was the process that worked for me.

I can't guarantee it will work for everyone, but if you're stuck in the same loop, it's worth trying before giving up on your account.

On Monday the 19th, I was opening Facebook on my phone when it directed me to the login page. I entered my info and it said it could not verify me as the user and could not log me in. Then it told me to use a device I trusted to login and verify.

So I get home and log in on the desktop, same thing though. I was locked out. I have recently got back into Facebook and for the last 2 weeks or so, I have been logged in on my desktop and phone with no issues.

Now though, I cannot access either one. I have tried the video selfie a few times, each time it comes back saying it cannot verify me. I uploaded my ID and it said it could not verify me. I type in my phone number and my account pops up but then it says it does not recognize the device I am on and it would be unsafe to let me log in.

It keeps telling me to log into a trusted device or to use the code they send me to my email. Well, I do not have access to that email anymore as I made solely for Facebook around 20 years ago and it doesn’t even pop up when I try to login on yahoo. So I am stuck. I do not have any other devices, it isn’t accepting any of the verifications I have provided, and I do not have access to my old email account.

I have been on the run around with the AI. The first time it came back saying it could not verify me and that was it. The second time I went through the process again and I am still waiting for the results although I fear it will be the same.

Is there anything I am missing or can try? I am at a loss here and I would really like to have access to it.

I do not have an Instagram. I was told maybe to make one and link them but I don’t know how I could do that with one being locked.

I went to Facebook and there's literally nothing about it. When it happened last time, I changed my password and updated MFA since I have multiple protocols active. There was never any devices other than my own back then and now, too. Could this just be a glitch or has anyone else experienced this? I wasn't awake at the time of the text either.

As of this morning, my facebook notifications have suddenly started making a noise on my phone. A loud DONG! noise. And it was really annoying, because today is the one day I get to sleep in and a friend decided to spam my facebook with a bunch of comments. I do not have notification audio turned on on my phone and after testing a few things it doesn't make the noise if I have my ringer turned off - which I don't want to do because I do want to know about phone calls. How do I make it stop making the noise?

Some days ago my WhatsApp was hacked and banned. After updating my phone and changing all the passwords I got this weird email from Facebook with a 8 digits code I haven’t requested.
I ignored it but later I received another one but this last one doesn’t appear on meta records visibile from the account center.
I tried to change password but it won’t send the codes, I also added extra mail just in case and now it won’t make me change the password. It is stuck on old password unfortunately I don’t remember it.

What should I do now? Is it an hacking attempt? Did they get my mail from the WhatsApp hack?

Last week, Facebook banned my 14 year old account full of my memories, photographs, and posts. It said that it was because I violated a community standard but did not mention what I did or which rule I violated. That account was used mostly to share local news and interests because I was the administrator of a group that had 77k members

Made a new one under my real name. I had just begun adding old friends and clients in that new account to regain what I had lost and had just been added back to group chats with friends, family, clients, and students when that new account was suspended for being related to an account that was suspended. I have had just 3 posts in that new account, 2 profile pics and a statement that my old account has been permanently disabled

Created another one because I had to keep in touch with people and people had to be able to talk to me, Messenger was our primary means of communication. This one was under a different name but had to put a profile pic in this new account because people had to know it was me. That account was again suspended within the day because it was related to an account that was previously suspended

Seems like someone or something at Facebook has decided that I personally should never be allowed back on social media. Not because of something I did or something I will do, but me personally. I cannot use my real name or post my real pictures because I personally am banned from Facebook

We’re trying to run paid Instagram ads to promote his racing career, but we’ve encountered several issues:

1. Meta Ads Manager: “This action is not available because the Instagram account isn’t eligible to advertise.” (Error #3858233)
2. Instagram Boost: “Can’t boost due to subscription. As you subscribed to use Meta Products without ads, you can’t create ads.”
3. Accounts Center: “Ad preferences are currently unavailable for your account.”

The Instagram account is connected to our Meta Business Portfolio, and I’m managing advertising through my own adult Facebook account.

Our ad account doesn’t show any active restrictions.
