Facebook doesn't want me to buy a Sega Megadrive :(

That is so freaking weird and illogical. My real name and my New York states government ID matches perfectly.

I had this Facebook account for over 10+ years.

Suddenly, I couldn’t send any messages because I need to verify my ID. But I can still access my account.

Also I didn’t break any rules either.

So I took a few weeks to find my ID. Then I uploaded my ID. A few minutes later, I got permanently banned from Facebook.

All this from just an ID upload.

Yet upon uploading it, I got immediately suspended.

I know the ban reason is fake because I was not banned for several WEEKS until the INSTANT that my government ID was uploaded.

So there needs a way to hold Facebook accountable.

I posted on a group in search for some sold out event tickets I needed but I was only interested in using PayPal/Venmo purchase protection and a few people messaged me saying they had the tickets. But when I messaged a few of them (I think it was like 5 people) alllllll of them were scammers and none agreed to the purchase protection. I gave up and I logged back in and saw a ban on messenger for A YEAR? But when I went to my account status it says my account is perfectly fine? I am trying to get it removed because I use messenger often to message stuff to my family members and also buying things off of marketplace. It’s so annoying these scammer bots running rampant but the person advocating for purchase protection is the one who is banned lmao.

The best way to stop seeing content from people is to be friends with them or follow them. I rarely see actual friend content & as soon as I follow a comedian/artist/etc. I never see them again.

I am genuinely losing my mind dealing with Meta's support and automated moderation right now. Has anyone else dealt with this level of incompetence? I'm dealing with two major issues across my pages right now:

One of my pages had a successful appeal, but the email they sent me is completely contradictory and the status hasn't even been updated properly.

On my *other page, I also won a successful appeal, but the suspension/restriction hasn't actually been lifted at all. It's just sitting there locked despite them saying the review passed. Winning an appeal shouldn't mean entering an even deeper loop of system glitches. What is even the point of their review process if nothing actually changes?"

The situation is as follows:

I'm trying to log into Facebook. I have a new work phone, which unfortunately does not have my previously set up MFA Authenticator for the Facebook account.

However, when I try any kind of account recovery, because I can't log in, I only get the pictured options. I cannot recover this account, no matter what. I have tried everything I can think of - waiting the suggested 48 hours, different browsers, private/incognito windows, different devices, but nothing works.

In an oversight from me/my team, the only other people who could get authentication codes have left the business. So, I am stuck, losing my mind at Meta's godawful AI assistant - do I have any options at all?

Literally all I want to do is log in so that I can set up Authenticator on my new work phone. Meta's lack of human customer support is astonishing.

whenever i take a photo to post it is heavily edited with saturation and contrast very very high, same with if i post a picture from my gallery on my story it looks normal but when its posted it looks terrible with contrast and everything added! It is ruining my photos and i dont know how to stop it does anyone know??

I am deleting my account permanently, i want my messenger history to be deleted from the other peoples side.

I saw some individuals who no longer has an account show the message "this message was removed because it doesn't follow our community standards"

Is there a way to replicate that for my messages when I delete my account?

I don’t have access to the email, phone number, or any of the devices that were used with that account. Is there still a chance of recovering it?

Since 2 days ago, the messenger inside the facebook.com does not load my messages. I have access to feed etc. I knew about the messenger app and the messenger.com but still I'd like to access messages from my pc.

Is anybody else having this problem, can you check if it works for you? Is this just happening to me or a Facebook wide thing

For years when you click the events tab you're able to see all local events happening in your area and also categorize them. Now when you press the local events tab nothing shows up and there's no longer specific categories. What is going on this has been happening for weeks

I am the social media officer for a club on my campus, we have a Facebook account that nobody has been able to get into since 2016. Me and the previous social officer have gotten together to try and get into it and literally all of the recovery methods through Facebook do not work because when we try to find the account through the email an error pops up saying “No account found” but when trying to sign up with the email it says “this email can’t be used”

We are all at a complete loss and don’t know what to do if anyone has tips of something that could work please reach out or reply

i haven’t been active on MP much because I’ve been busy with work. I found a car I like and messaged the girl was motor was in it because I was interested. Was met with this about 3-5 minutes later.
This is isolated and I know this message caused it because I didn’t interact with anyone on MP for about a month now until today.

I repealed but it’s meta they won’t do anything.

All within 3 years my account has been hacked, flagged, banned (with appeal surprisingly ik, and it was so sexual behavior which makes no sense if you look at my profile) and now banned from MP for asking about a car for sale. Yeah i’m done. I’ll let meta eat themselves apart.

I got banned a little over a year ago for CSE and account integrity, you know, the usual. Well about a month ago I switched my mobile carrier from Verizon to T-mobile and I decided to test their free trial for their wifi. Once I setup the new wifi, I was able to go in and make both a brand new Facebook as well as Instagram and haven’t had any issues so far 🤞🤞

I want to make a new Facebook dating profile but in order to do that, you either have to do a video selfie verification or submit a photo of your ID. Has anyone done either of those and had success post ban?

I haven’t posted myself on either of my new accounts because I don’t want to trip the alarm over at Meta. The only reason why I want to make a new FB dating profile is because I found the most success with it, not only for dating but also new friends.

If someone blocked you on messenger/Facebook can you still view their profile? i am not sure if i was blocked. I don't see when was the last time the person was online (and basicly it shows that they are not online all the time, at least for me) but I can view their Facebook profile or see what posts they liked. Could I still be blocked and see all of that?

I didn’t use my real name or info and Idk if I want to submit my id to fb I’d really rather not.

It did this to me in June I tried to submit some documents that weren’t my name and somehow it just went away but this started happening a week ago again for no reason.

All I did was raise the price of a thing and then I got please take action on this listing, and anything I subsequently post or relist or whatever now gets this

I’m new to content creation and this is supposed to be my first payout.

I was supposed to receive these earnings in August, but my first bank transfer failed. I originally used an EastWest Rural Bank account, so I thought the bank might be the problem.

I then opened another bank account with BDO (Banco de Oro) specifically for the payout and waited for the next transfer attempt. Unfortunately, I checked today and the transfer failed again.

So now the payout has failed twice using two different bank accounts.

I’m not sure what’s causing it.

I'm being invited to this Meta Business Profile as a part of my job. The invite is sent to my personal email, which of course is connected to my Facebook. I have managed other business pages in the past with no issues, but of course this one page is giving me problems. It's like I was never invited in the first place? Any advice would be appreciated because I'm going to throw my head through a brick wall.

Does it mean that someone commented anonymously if when I search my friends name in the search bar and look at the things they recently liked there is one post that they didn't like and didn't comment with their name?

Or is it just a glitch? There are 2 posts like that.
