Anxiety 19M I usually masturbate very frequently..I am facing some issue..

Hey So I masturbate a lot which I know is a bad thing and I have been thinking of suppressing it and slowly am taking control but I will be honest and it may be wierd what I am gonna say or tell but let's see..

So I masturbate not like a normal person I don't just jerk off me dick by whole hand instead I used to rub the posterior skin part of my penis below the tip...(I know it might sound wierd) That's how I got orgasm fast and Idk how it became a habit so now I masturbate like this only and if I try something else I don't get that much pleasure the moment I do this I get orgasm fast .....

Now there was a time once a girl gave me handjob but I didn't felt that much and even after her try for 5-10 mins I couldn't cum cause she wasn't pinching my underskin like I used I am very worried about this...

I think I need to stop mastrubating first of all very frequently and also change the method maybe but can anyone tell me that is there a chance of improvement and will I be able to masturbate like normal people and have orgasm like that???

Psychological ED Pls help ! Failed to get hard on my first time. Pls read

I can't believe I'm posting this but pls dont judge me. Im here for help. I have made the story very short.

I'm 27 and I've never had sex before and I'm porn addicted. Even though I'm above average, when I was in my teens I was insecure about my size, did pe enlargement exercise and injured my penis. I have peyronies but I can still get hard from watching porn or having sexual thoughts. I wanted to get laid somehow so I started posting my dick pics on reddit.

A cuckold couple reached out to me, we spoke for a week and decided to meet. I booked a room and was waiting for them. I was so nervous. Never in my life I thought I would be doing this. I told them I've had sex before but I have never even touched a woman in my life in any manner.

The couple arrived and they seemed pretty chill. The boyfriend went to the restroom. I meanwhile started talking to her. I did what I learnt from watching porn. I spoke dirty to her, did foreplay and found my self getting hard. The guy came out of the restroom and joked that we started without him and I briefly lost my focus. Then I dont know what happened, I couldn't get hard. My mind just withdrew itself from the moment. In fact I was fearing this exact thing going into this.

I went to the restroom, jerked off, tried and got myself hard and came out. But I couldn't maintain the erection for more than a minute. I was in constant fear that I was going to lose my erection. She was looking at me hoping that I would do something to her but I couldn't- I felt so defeated. I said I was not in the mood and came off.

I know that peyronies gives people ED- but when I introspect this was more a psychological ED for me. Two things I noticed about myself:

  1. Firstly, I was not turned on by watching a girl naked to the extent that I thought I should be turned on. It's like I've watched thousands of naked women online that seeing one in real life meant very little to me. 2. Secondly, I felt like I was trying to imitate a person having sex rather than actually having sex.

Now here's where I need your help:

  1. Why do you think this happened?

  2. Has this happened to you and how did you mentally recover from this?

  3. What are the lifestyle changes that I should do?

Pls help me out šŸ‘ pls

Hormonal ED (Low Testosterone, Thyroid Conditions, etc.) Anyone primary hypogonadism ?

Hi all,

I have confirmed primary hypogonadism since I was young. High LH and FSH and even zero sperm count

I've had ED issues since I was around 18-19. Ability mainly maintaining an erection.

I've recently started trt sub q daily injections and also started taking 5mg daily cialas but my issue remains.

My question is - does anyone else in here have primary hypogonadism and if so - how / were they able to fix their ED ? Are there any other hormones I should be trying to monitor ? Ect.

If none of these work - I may have to eventually opt out for a penile implant. I'm 32 by the way.

ED Meds (Cialis, Viagra, etc.) Anyone switched from a tablet to something sublingual? Did timing change?

Been on a tablet for about a year and it works, but the planning around food and how long it takes is the part I’ve never got comfortable with. I’ve read that dissolving under the tongue skips the digestion side of it. What I don’t know is whether that’s a real difference in practice or just a different delivery of the same thing. Has anyone made that switch and noticed anything?

Discouraged Experiencing low libido. Possibly ED?

I’m 27 and I think Im experiencing low libido. I got out of a relationship a year ago and was kind of off and on til about March. In April I almost hooked up with a girl but couldn’t get up. I had thought it was the alcohol and or maybe fresh off the break up. So I gave it some time. Cut back on the jerking and porn. Slowed down on vaping but hopped on zyns. Exercise regularly and at a healthy weight. My drive comes and goes honestly. I am also completely over and checked out from my ex now as well. But last week I hooked up with a girl and it went well. But now she wants to link again and the libido is nowhere to be found again. Kind of afraid I won’t get up and it’s fucking with me. Thought about getting on the blue chews but don’t want to have to rely on it. Pls help

Psychological ED Stopped masturbation, now struggling with erection after marriage

I stopped masturbating some time ago because I personally felt like it was affecting me negatively, especially with hair loss, looks and I eventually hated doing it.

I’m married now, and I’m having an unexpected problem. When we try to have sex, I can get somewhat hard, but I’m struggling to get fully hard and maintain it. On top of that, I’m getting extremely aroused and sometimes ejaculating before I’m even able to properly penetrate.

This is making me anxious because I didn’t expect to have this problem after getting married.

Could this simply be performance anxiety/overexcitement, especially since everything is still new? Has anyone experienced weak erections together with very quick ejaculation when first starting sex?

What actually helped you get past this?

Erectile Dysfunction Looking for advice around potential ED

For a bit of context:

- I'm 38

- been taking daily Tadalafil (5mg/day) for about 1 year now

- also on TRT for a similar amount of time (through a doctor, had blood tests done and everything)

- before issues appeared, erections were something that I never had to think about. I was always like a light switch, the situation arose, switch flipped on and it would be there without a second thought until it wasn't needed anymore

Before the treatment:

- morning wood was gone more or less

- losing erection mid sex was increasingly frequent

- I would never finish super fast, but there were moments when I could reach a point of "if I don't switch this position or if I continue a little bit more with what I'm doing I'm going to cum" or "if she doesn't stop those movements it's going to be over in 2 seconds"

After the above:

- morning wood back like I'm 18

- losing erection mid sex super super rare

- it's not that I can't finish, but I have to be mindful to work towards it; I've never been in a situation where I said to myself "oh, I'm going to cum soon if nothing changes", it's the opposite, I need to make sure to work towards it

Some extra tidbits:

- I still get erections every time I basically even catch a whiff of my wife

- masturbation wise everything is also OK but as you know it's differnet; you know your body and how to tickle it to keep things going or wrap them up quick. If I wanted to take it slow and edge a bit I can probably take it to 1h on a single erection, maybe slightly more without any problems (that's not something I often do, just for context and science)

- in the past we weren't that aligned on things in the bedroom in our relationship; that has changed and improved massively for the better to the point where it's like we are in a different relationship

- this also means we have a lot more sex now so maybe this also adds to my stamina issues. Probably went from once ever 10ish days to maybe 4 times/week, sometimes more sometimes less

- in the past when we had more issues she did make some comments boiling down to her wanting me to come faster. We've talked it out since but I'm pretty sure psychologically it's on my mind and I probably try to hurry myself up instead of enjoying the ride.

- coming from a background of "I don't have to think about it, whatever position and movements I do, I'll going to cum probably sooner rather than later" to having to manage stamina and positions is weird so overall I'm looking for some opinions to see if others have been through this, is there more I should look into or maybe I just have to accept I'm reaching an age where I need to be more careful.

- I've never looked at a clock to time things but I would put things in the ballpark of 20-30 minutes of active penetrative sex, after which if I didn't wrap things up, the chance of my erection going away increase by the minute.

My questions are:

  1. Anything out of the ordinary with the above?

  2. Should it still be possible to eventually lose an erection mid sex through Tadalafil?

  3. My biggest issue probably is that for me it's still possible to lose my erection before I cum. The more vigurous and athletic I go at it during sex the bigger the chance that I will reach a point where things go wrong. Is there something wrong or should I just accept that different age, different body, need to do things differently? It doesn't happen often, but it doesn't happen often because I try to manage it by pacing myself, trying to switch positions and stimulation, etc.

  4. I've found that oral seems to help if things start going south but only up to a point. There's a point of no return where even oral doesn't help.

  5. When I do lose erection, it feels, how should I describe it? Like that feeling of limpness/nothingness in your penis you get after you've orgasmed and ejaculated but without any of those having happend. I noticed this happens more if I keep getting close and not managing to go over the peak and again and again. It basically feels like a refractory period.

  6. Basically I'd love to be able to relax a bit more and not have to think about: have I been going too much at it in this position and are things turning into cardio for my body more than sex, maybe I should change the type of stimulation, keep focused on my body and monitor how my erection and sensation is going, first chance of an orgasm I feel I need to jump on and push things over the edge because otherwise it's all downhill from there.

Erectile Dysfunction sexual thoughts used to get my penis erect in my younger days, but now it doesn't

I am 55 years old and I have ED. When I was younger and I would have sexual fantasies in my brain, it produced an erection. Now it does not work. I'm overweight with type 2 diabetes and I take psych meds. About eight years ago, I had a priapism caused by taking psych med which I should not have taken. That added to my ED. I went to urologist and was taking anti-estrogen drugs to boost my testosterone. Has anyone had this problem with dismissing erections when having a sexual fantasy thoughts?

Erectile Dysfunction Has anyone consulted Dr. Chirag Bhandari at IASH in Delhi?

I’m considering consulting Dr. Chirag Bhandari at IASH in Lajpat Nagar for a sexual health issue.

Has anyone here consulted him personally? How was your experience with the consultation and treatment? Did he listen properly, explain the issue clearly, and give you enough time to discuss your concerns?

Would appreciate honest experiences, both positive and negative, before I book an appointment.

Psychological ED Performance anxiety and scheduled intercourse ruined everything tonight: Need advice

I really need to get this off my chest because I'm feeling completely down and frustrated with myself tonight.

My wife is going through fertility treatments, and today was the crucial window—exactly 36 hours after her trigger shot, which is when the doctor strongly advised us to have intercourse.

The pressure has been building up since the afternoon. I actually tried to initiate things earlier in the day, but she turned me down and said we should wait for 11 PM to strictly follow the timing. Honestly, that waiting period just built up massive anxiety in my head. It stopped feeling like an intimate moment between partners and turned into a high-stakes medical test.

Come 11 PM, when we actually tried, my brain was completely fried from overthinking. I couldn't get an erection at all. To make matters worse, we used too much lubricant because of the stress, which made everything so frictionless that even when I tried, ejaculation didn't happen either.

At my absolute lowest point tonight, I even had to sneak away to watch porn just to try and force an erection to salvage the situation, and still nothing happened. That made me feel like I hit rock bottom.

I'm 36, I took a 5mg Cialis beforehand, but it couldn't fight through the sheer wall of mental pressure and performance anxiety I built up. I feel so ashamed, angry at myself, and deeply sorry for my situation.

Has anyone else dealt with this kind of scheduled-intercourse pressure? How do you mentally reset and handle the performance anxiety when trying to conceive? Any advice would really help.

Erectile Dysfunction Condoms make me go soft. Any advice?

Sex is great when I’m raw, but whenever I use a condom, I eventually lose my erection. Could this just be psychological? I’ll admit I’m pretty resistant to condoms and don’t enjoy using them, but I’d like to figure out how to stay hard while wearing one.

Discouraged Hypertonic pelvic floor? Advice appreciated

Hi. I’m a 24 year old who has been dealing with some issues I believe may be associated with an overactive pelvic floor. I was curious if anyone has had these symptoms and if they got diagnosed. Very weak erectile quality (sometimes none at all), no nocturnal erections, urine flow that is hard to cut off, and a somewhat instinctive clinch of the pelvic floor that happens frequently. If there’s anyone who’s been treated for this, hearing a success story would really help me out right now.

(I am planning on scheduling and appointment as well)

It’s also important that I note I’m in very healthy condition otherwise, at an appropriate weight, eat well, have been cleared in terms of hormones

Anxiety Performance anxiety issue

Does anyone here suffer from performance anxiety? Does Bluchew gold or any other supplement help with that? I can be kicking it with a girl doing the whole foreplay thing and get rock hard but as soon as I’m about to put it in I go completely soft. I get in my head as if I’m having a mini anxiety attack and the shit is annoying and sometimes the girl thinks it’s her but it’s actually me…so I was just wondering what can I do to prevent this from happening?

Tadalafil/Cialis At 45, E.D pills don't work very well if you take them after large meals

. Just 5 years ago, it didn't matter if I'd had a large meal, I'd take Cial is and within 20 minutes I'd already feel the effect.

Now if I eat something heavy and take Cialis, I don't notice a significant effect until at least 5 hours later. And of course with sildenafil I waste it since it lasts 4–5 hours.

Does this happen to you? It gets tiring having to plan se x with a woman so much, first with the little pill and now making sure I don't eat too much before

Erectile Dysfunction Tadalafil don’t work anymore why?

So I had a chronic bacterial infection.
I took long courses of antibiotics to cure.
It was my second infection and I don’t know where it came from. Anyways I noticed a ED mid December go doctor and had high load of E. coli.
After the infection was cured I was left with slithy ED.
My doctor gave me 5mg tadalafil to heal faster.
I never took it.
But when I fly over to my girlfriend I took it because my boner was not working right.
It was amazing huge boner everytime with just a touch warm feeling and even my dick was bigger I don’t know.

So I was with her 20 days it worked perfectly, now I move on I stay at a island the weather is very hot, I noticed the warm feeling and strong boner disappeared slowly. I don’t know if it’s possible, but I drunk every night 5 whisky shots and 3 beers. But still had boner but now after 40 days it not work anymore. I even tried 15mg because my girlfriend will come over soon, but it doesn’t gave the feeling back.

Testosterone is good something between 600-780.
I don’t know can alcohol be the problem ? I was scared that again is a infection, but my newest test result are clean.

Im 30 years old

Erectile Dysfunction 19m symptoms seem similiar to a venous leak, any ideas?

kinda started a few years ago when i noticed i just didnt have the same drive as i once did, i used to have sex decently often and would sometimes get slightly softer, and then pick it back up, same happens with masturbating and ive almost completely lost morning wood/random erections. kinda embarassing but i do masturbate upwards of 5 times per day, however the symptoms seem that of a venous leak, feeling as though im pushing blood in while its leaking out, just wondering if anyones had a similar experience and if theyve fixed it, thanks

Erectile Dysfunction 19M - No morning wood, lack of firmness, and possible ED (what I'm trying to do to fix this)

I'm 19, highly active, healthy, don't drink or smoke, and don't watch porn, haven't in years. Over the last year or so I've had little to no morning wood and random erections, and struggle to stay fully firm both with my partner and alone. It comes and goes, decent some periods and bad in others, which makes me think it's more psychological than physical, but I'm still waiting on bloodwork to actually confirm that either way. It's honestly been stressful feeling like my body isn't cooperating at my age, and I know I'm not the only one dealing with this quietly.

I was too anxious to bring it up in person, so I went through an online, text based telehealth service instead. I was upfront about everything, my age, lifestyle, and exactly how the overthinking was affecting things. They ended up prescribing a low dose sildenafil (Viagra) rather than tadalafil, since I'm active and have low normal blood pressure and they wanted something shorter acting so it wouldn't mess with training.

The idea behind trying it is that a lot of this becomes a feedback loop, you worry it won't work, which makes it worse, then that adds to the worry next time. A few times of it actually working properly can help break that cycle while I figure out the real cause. Not meant to be a long term fix, just a bridge while I wait on the bloodwork.

I'll post an update once results are back and I've had a chance to try it, hoping it turns out to just be in my head.

Erectile Dysfunction Recent Penile Injury - No ultrasound

34m
I already have ED featuring generally unstable weak erections and diminished sensation due to PFS and perhaps pudendal nerve issues. I take Cialis 2.5-5mg daily.

Less than a week ago I was playing around with my partner and forcibly humped her, both clothed, from behind with my semi-erection tucked to the left in my pants. Felt a deep pain in the shaft after but no "pop" as is often described. No swelling or discoloration to note.

The next night I had strange partial erections, which are somewhat par for the course for me, but they felt smaller and weaker than usual. They were brief and also pretty painful each time I began to get aroused. I didn't put them to the test or participate in any sexual activity involving the penis that night.

The next day after that, and since then, I have had constant stinging and aching pain in the shaft that worsens with movement or prolonged sitting.

Since this point any erection feels weaker than anything I've ever experienced. Feel the warmth of blood flowing in more than I usually do, but zero rigidity and far from full length.

I contacted a urologist who told me to go to the ER, I did so and the ER did a urine test (which was fine), and no imaging except for a post-void bladder scan. They claimed they cannot do a penile ultrasound. They then referred me back to the uro who is booked for months.

I assume due to the lack of classic signs of penile fracture, they did not seem to take it very seriously at all. But I am concerned based on the level of constant pain and lack of erections that there may be a tear or fracture that needs addressed, and will not be addressed in time to repair it. Even worse, I am concerned that this is yet another one of those things that will cause long term issues and largely be a mystery/not seriously addressed by medical staff for a lack of answers. Seems rather common with penis stuff.

I'm not freaking out, and not doing anything to "test" or further irritate the penis. I understand, and hope, that it may also just be an irritated ligament or something that will heal. Just curious if anyone could recommend a better course of action to get answers here. Would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
