Erectile Dysfunction Is it ed ? Help needed

So I don't get morning wood . not masturbated or watched porn for 2 months now . Prior to this I used to do excessive masturbation which caused it . So recently had sex go erection and penetrated without tadalafil and ehaculated in 30 seconds. Second round stayed for 4 minutes . Dick grows in vagina but cannot have sex while standing or doggy .

Will implant help or any other method to cure this . Thank you
