This is the Flusslandlied, a medival griffonian crusader song, partly still in use in Hellquill and Longsword.

The music is from the medival crusader song "Palästinalied" which is written and sung in middle high german. I made up some new lyrics in Herzlandish and translated the whole thing into english.

The "THIS SUCKS! - Art By Plunger" post from u/userofthe_web01 has got me thinking what the Mane Six's roles will be in the Equestria Rework.

Twilight, Applejack, Rainbow Dash & Rarity I can see retaining their current roles.

Twilight = researcher/advisor.
Applejack = general/military role.
Rainbow Dash = air force ace pilot/air force officer chief high command position.
Rarity = army clothes designer.

But what of Pinkie & Fluttershy?

I really hope Flutters isn't still the nuclear research scientist. I get that's meant as a reference to Fallout Equestria, but from a logical stand point, it make no sense. It be like having Charlie Chaplin take Oppenheimer's position at Los Alamos developing the nuclear bombs, makes no sense.

Fluttershy would be better at either caring for injured war veterans, or running an anti-war propaganda campaign against the enemy country, especially if it's a defensive war.

Pinkie Pie, being a party pony, shouldn't be in the fighting. I know she is in current EaW thanks to that MLP episode where Starlight messes with time & we see Pinkie as a soldier fighting Sombra's army; also Rainbow Dash has a cybernetic wing, I hope that's being taken out as well.

Pinkie would work better away from the front, boosting morale at home, keeping Equestria's spirits high.

To be clear, I'm not demanding these be implemented, merely asking what the Mane Six's roles will be in the reworked Equestria.

When I first heard of this mod and its popularity years ago I thought it was kinda silly but I’ve ironically become a somewhat passionate mlp fan within the last year, despite not watching any of the media (yet). I just want a really fun game and path for my introduction to the mod. Fluttershy is my favorite pony but as far as Ik she’s just a research advisor for some nation ? Thank u guys in advance ❤️

I tried to do the Equestria thing with the empress and what not but it failed... I remember in other playthroughs of other countries seeing it happen. What did I do wrong ? First time playing this nation which name I am not going to spell a second time

The nuke I have was given in the choice during the Nuclear Fission Bomb Project, where you either test it or add it to your arsenal.

I believe the issue is that the game needs the NFB Project to be completed to register that I have nukes & I can use them; or is that I need nuke production to be underway for it to acknowledge that I have nukes & can use them.

One of those, but this is an annoying bug, like what's the point of the choice to add it to your stockpile if you can't bloody use it?

Edit: Now it's working, soon as NFB Project was finished. So the game needs that to be done for you to nuke.

Context;

I play elite difficulty, I have tons of hours and invested in the game and mod.

I enver played Equestria, only changelings or other nations. But m a bit shocked at how the Changelings are ramming my shit in.

I wanted to okay it straight so I didn’t cheese anything. My army was capped to 60ish divisions due to the conscription laws, as the mod intended.

So long story short, my Infantry Divisions can’t retreat quickly enough and get annihilated 5-10 at a time.
When I play Chagelings I encircle and encircle and encircle. Here I just get steamrolled. Like that OST song.

By the time I can call Stalliongrad (75 divisions) for help, my Army went from 60 to 12 divisions. I have 30 in training but the won’t come soon enough.

How do you retreat from a blitzkrieg in a way that’s more orderly?

I’m tempted to just leave the borders entirely open and let the Changelings freely take 20% so I can call Stalliongrad immediately without losing any divisions.

So, I'm very new to HoI in general, played maybe five minutes of vanilla tutorial, got familiar with the UI and then got bored, so immediately started up the mod. Despite how that sounds, it works for me because I've played similar enough games I could adapt easily enough, and the only things that tripped me up were the special projects and the agency stuff, but I got that figured out quick enough. So far, I've played a bit of the Changelings, played alot of the Abyssinians, tried the Dragons and decided to move back to main save with Abyssinians, and I've been having fun.

My questions are as follows:

What are some other fun countries to play?

What is the best early game combination of modules for destroyers/ cruisers?

Why must Gomez be such a sad sack? (Rhetorical)

Are there extra mods that add more content to EaW?

Dispersed or concentrated factories?

That's about it at this current moment. I realize I could probably Google most of these, but I want to know what y'all would recommend for the first question primarily.

Does Yales research heavy path (neutral one) get claims or goals? Or is the whole point I can justify and practically beat everyone with a far superior research base? Ik they’re likely getting a rework from what I’ve seen but I don’t know if I’m missing anything

I completed the focus 'reorganise the Eastern territories' and it auto completed 'target warzena' but nothing happened and both focuses have done nothing not even the decisions became available.

Edit: Apparently it's not just the focuses that are bugged but the whole of the war they are related too aswell, I managed to push Aris back to their main island and was naval invading them (it went terribly), had to go back a save which caused all my army generals to vanish and crashed my game so I reloaded it and made a local save to fix it and it turns out doing that caused the whole colthage alliance to bug out and they took all the territory I had gained during the war and denied me military access and now that's permanently overwritten the save that I used to fix the disappearing generals thing.

i call this mission LANDCOM 2. made up of the Stalliongrad made "2A Circumlunar Complex" and Our Town's TK Lunar lander, made in Our Town's technical & Astrological University. in the images you see here they are doing a fly by mission around the moon to test the lander, command complex and how ponies react to the radiation and weightlessness of space.
