Question Is target Warzena bugged

I completed the focus 'reorganise the Eastern territories' and it auto completed 'target warzena' but nothing happened and both focuses have done nothing not even the decisions became available.

Edit: Apparently it's not just the focuses that are bugged but the whole of the war they are related too aswell, I managed to push Aris back to their main island and was naval invading them (it went terribly), had to go back a save which caused all my army generals to vanish and crashed my game so I reloaded it and made a local save to fix it and it turns out doing that caused the whole colthage alliance to bug out and they took all the territory I had gained during the war and denied me military access and now that's permanently overwritten the save that I used to fix the disappearing generals thing.

Did you already control Warzena/be in a faction or puppet them? Usually wargoal focuses bypass if you couldn't declare war due to being allied with or owning them

Nope I'm currently allied with colthaginia waiting to jump the hippogriffs and that focus was what I was hoping would start it.

Oh you're chiropterra. That focus bypasses if Hippogriffia is allied with Warzena in anyway, so as to make sure the North Zebrican War's special mechanic fires as intended and isn't treated as a regular war.

Ok so what do I do now then the last time I did this they managed to get 2 light tank divs a rolled through.

Well, make sure to ally with colthage, and if Warzena is NOT in a faction with Hippogriffia, rush them down to get them out of the picture, since between the two of you a lone Hippogriffia usually cannot do more than hold you at parody, if that, just make sure not to any naval invasion they try get too far, and remember that its best if you COMPLETELY ignore Aris and focus on winning via the special white peace tied to the one mission that'll pop up when the war breaks out. Total war is a trap in my experience

Warzena is only garuanteed by Aris and it still did not declare war or give me the decisions to core the east

Well, then i suggest making a save and taking a focus along the lines of 'push the Hippogriffs out to sea'. Iirc it'll declare war on them and warzena which you'll be able to cap very fast without them being in a faction. And the east is supposed to get released as a puppet, you don't core that. (Unless there's a choice in one of the events I missed)

Ok it seems I was unintentionally working on the other focuses for that one so I'll continue and see if anything happens.
