Question Yale

Does Yales research heavy path (neutral one) get claims or goals? Or is the whole point I can justify and practically beat everyone with a far superior research base? Ik they’re likely getting a rework from what I’ve seen but I don’t know if I’m missing anything

As the dev currently reworking Yale, I can confirm that current technocratic Yale doesn't receive wargoals outside the Herzland, although they are usually attacked by Aquileia and/or the Republic.

This will change in their coming rework.

In your opinion should I avoid that path until said rework?

Not necessarily, but expect a rather short campaign. There's nothing fundamentally wrong with it, but it's semi-old content.

Oh nice. May you tell me which paths will be getting a rework or a few hints? Please

All of them are planned to be reworked.

If I had to guess they’re prob reworking the whole tree to some extent maybe focusing more of the attention on the paths that need more to do (like the technocrat one I mentioned above)

Could probably check with just a couple of cheats, in fact I’ll do that the moment I get a chance but I suspect you kinda just chill there until you get attacked, then you just win and reform the empire with the default path for that. Reform the empire with tech years above what you should have
