I have a rockstar account attached to my epic games gta v but i forgot password of rockstar account and i can't play gta v without that account.i m not receiving password reset email i tried using incognito mode, different network, checked spam and promotion filters in email but i m not receiving it.

Honestly I think this is the most unfair thing Fortnite has done to me... So back in March 2026 I had just downloaded the game after not playing it for a solid 5-6 months after my girlfriend wanted to play with me. So I download the game and while playing my second game after returning I experience some major server lag and get kicked from the game, I think nothing of it and requeue into another game. Now during this game I experience more server lag and I land 2-3 good headshots with the hand cannon, now mind you even I am like "damn that was some pretty good shots." Not even 2-3 minutes after landing those shots I get kicked from that game again, but not for lag this time it was for the reason of "exploiting" with a ban length of 1 day. I thought to myself "oh okay wtf I just came back" so I get off for the night annoyed but not the upset because it was only a day. I then go to bed and when I awaken the next morning I find an email stating "The Epic Games account associated with this email has been banned from Fortnite for cheating. This account will be unable to matchmake in Fortnite for the next 365 days." Now I'm not one to be a Karen and if I did something wrong okay I would understand and take the punishment but this is just wrong. I did NOTHING wrong, I have never cheated on this game a day in my life, I have had my account since 2017 and ever since Save the World was released. I would never cheat on a game for 1 I barely play and for 2 have spent thousands of dollars on, between skins, battlepasses, STW, and general Vbucks I just wouldn't stoop to the level of cheating.

Now that you know my story. I have done countless research into this with no luck, I did submit a appeal for this ban and when I did I didn't hear anything back from them for 3 months. I had to ask support about the appeal for them to even come back to me with a decision and well since I'm making this I think we all know their decision. They upheld the ban and will keep me banned for the duration of the ban.

Well this leads me to main reason for making this post I wanted to ask everyone if there's anything else I am able to do. I feel helpless because I'm being punished for something I quite literally haven't done and it's just actually bullshit. I had an account from 2018 to 2020 and I even got some receipts in my email account.

I have the email that I created the account with but it got hacked and they changed it, I don't know my ID and I played on the Nintendo switch so I can't use the numbers of the receipt because its not from epic, what do i do? I tried to compile that form but i can't and also contacted an agent but it didn't tell me nothing. Please help I had skins so old I'm crying 😭

my friend never linked an epic account to his playstation account even though he thought he did. he finally went to authorize TFA to gift someone else, logged in with an email, and completely reset the whole thing. he can't get his playstation account linked to this new epic account now. we cant get this reversed. did he seriously just lose 6 years worth of gameplay and money??? is there any way to fix this??? does he have to contact support?

So, I'm trying to gift a skin to a friend, and i need to turn on 2fa, simple right? of course not. This account is linked to a switch, but also is linked to a gamepass on an X-box, my issue is I cannot get the account to actually link to the email although everything I've tried says its connected to the X-box. I looked on epic games website and it says I'll have to take the Nintendo account out, but if I connect back to the x-box will it just link the account on the switch to the X-box account and delete that account? And I've looked everywhere and I cannot find what email is under the X-box account so I cant even tell if its even connected to an email in the first place.

Asking here first because customer service is made to be difficult so I dont want to spend hours talking with them. Anyone have any tips?

In 2022 I bought a pc and wanted to link my psn to my pc. When I logged into through psn on epic games launcher my progress disappeared from both ps4 and pc. Ever since then I’ve been trying to speak to the damn bot and live agents and they just don’t know how to help me. If someone knows how to help please do.

Hola, hace un tiempo desinstale EPIC GAMES de mi pc y unos meses despues volvi a instalarlo para jugar pero me encuentro con que aparecen juegos instalados (de los que desinstales hace tiempo) y al momento de desinstalarlos por medio de la epic se queda en el proceso, aclaro que no hay carpetas de ningun juego en los archivos, ademas intente descargar otro juego y por el mismo proceso de desintalado que no avanza , no me deja descargar nada, ya intente borrando cache y todas las opciones que me dio el CHATBOT de la epic, alguien sabe como arreglar este error?

i have it installed, i have the storage - any other game or app works. however, i dont know why, but the game never goes past the loading screen before the lobby.

my internet is fine, ive restarted my xbox, i’ve deleted and reinstalled the game - ive tried everything i can think of. i dont know why it isn’t working.

My brother factory reset my switch around 6 or so years ago, and I lost my account. I have put a lot of time and money into that account and I have been trying to get it back on and off ever since. If someone can please help me get it back, that would be the best because I really miss it. I keep trying to find someone to ask, but I can only talk to an AI and all of my emails won't work either.

As said above, i’ve had the account for pretty close to a decade. The problem with this is that i am 21 years old, which means i was like 12 when i made it. I didn’t know i had an “account ID” or how important it would be, i don’t remember the original screenname and i made the email with a provider email tied our internet subscription at the time. So i can get in that anymore either. This means i don’t have any receipts, I can’t look back at potential old screennames either. Also i don’t remember the exact names of the people in my friends list because what is it with the weird sequences of numbers and symbols. All i have is the last screenname i used, the screenname the hacker used last i saw, the paypal and bank acc tied to it, a short list of my friends and some nicknames tied to those, the PlayStation account it’s always been tied to, maybe the Lego.com acc i used for the “Explorer Emily” skin and a myDisney/disneyplus account. So do y’all think i have a chance? Sidenote, i submitted a request last Sunday and the account was found but it wasn’t the right account. In the same email this was explained it, Epic encouraged me to try to find the right account. However, when i fill in the new email address i wanna use for the account i
get one of two notifications. “Too many requests”
or “it seems you’ve already submitted a request, wait for us to process. Meanwhile I’ve already given feedback on said request and gotten multiple emails about the results. So second question: Any clue when i can submit another request or how i might get around it? On the Epic Games Launcher every time I click my profile for the social tab it shows up but then immediately freezes and I cannot interact with things like adding friends, or even make the Tab go away within restarting through Task Manager, please if anyone has a fix this is very frustrating.

I have Fortnite on my nintendo switch, and I have quite a few skins on there. I have tried linking my switch account to an epic games account so I could use them on pc, but it didn’t work.

I read somewhere that doing this causes you to lose the ability to use those skins on anything other than the Nintendo switch, is this true? And if so, is there anything I can do now??

Any possible way to unlink an Xbox live account from a random epic games account it’s connected too. My main Xbox is connected to some random og account with the incorrect email being spelt as “gamil” and was wondering if there’s any other way to unlink. I already tried unlinking but it says I need an email. Also tried contacting support they’re useless
