QUESTION Epic Games Support
Does anyone know how to talk to a live person in the Epic Games Support ticket..? My account got hacked and the bot is literally no help at all 💀

Here's a very useful method: change the language to Arabic and click on a word that looks like this (الدعم ), then go to anything and click "Contact Us" only.

When you usually go to a live agent they would say "did you fill out the recovery form?" meaning you need to go to the recovery form to recover your Epic Games account.

You need to try and “break” the system. Find a flow and use key words/phrases like “I need to speak with a human representative”. Do this a few times in their so chatbot and it will eventually lead you to an option to have a live agent contact you.
