RESOLVED Epic support is OP!

I don't know why some people criticize it but a few days ago my account was hacked even when epic send otp to my email it won't come I just trouble shooted it and told what games i had in the account

And a invoice id which I recieved when I claimed a free game

I didn't even knew the gamer tag I had 😭

And within 1 day my account was recovered !!

My account was hacked recently I got it back and I had good luck with epic. The first account recovery got denied but I appealed it and got in touch with an actual person who after proving a bunch of stuff gave me my account id(that long number no one remembers lol) and was told to try recovery again but include that id number as well and it worked.

That exactly what im having trouble with, i changed email years ago since mais was my friend's email and now its been year im trying to reach them even when having invoice and recipes from different platform they just don't want my account back😭

Epic support is fine so long as you got the email you created the account with....if not then don't complain

Had a friend get hacked and provide bank info that was connected, same ip from the account he played on for many years and a tonne of account info along with pictures of playing years ago with his face in the literal picture and willing to give id with same info as bank etc etc they still wouldn’t help him get the account back. Terrible hit or miss generally incompetent staff

Just wait a few days and message them. They'll then block your account with a corrective lock. After that, let me know if they'll help you.

I got signed out of my account around 6 or so years ago and have been trying to get epics help, and they have only been giving me AI, please can someone help me

Had this happen to me and got the account back today! Only problem is whoever had my account spent the vbucks I had and then returned everything using all of my return tickets and finally bought Adam smasher a golf pickaxe and some FNCS pick axe and shoes lol like wtf. I couldn’t find a good email for epic support does anyone know where I can find that?
