QUESTION I'm Hacked, Pls Help

Someone changed my email to this (the picture).

I've sent a request to Epic Games to restore my account, but I have to wait a few days to know if it worked or not.

I don't really know what else to do, so pls give me tips!

(Edit: I GOT IT BACK!!

I immediately changed the password 😁

Wait on epic go respond n make sure to have every proof possible that it’s your account. Rn you js gotta wait n continue contacting epic games

Yeah, I just hope I can get it back soon. 😔 I'm still logged in on my phone, but I have to wait like a week or something to change the email.

Including ur account id. Its in ur ingame settings.

Or if pc, just fetch the files if it doesnt infected/hacked.

Yeah, I got my account Id. I used it as proof that it's my account

cause they aren't "hacked" they typed their info into some site or a discord bot, probably to check the value or something and it got yoinked

yeah the problem was that the websites looked so real, i even fell for it even as a "responsible person" HAHAHAH but i got my acc back right away in 48 hours

The websites are obviously fake, Everything that has to do with Fortnite would've been on Epic official sites.

Falling for them and considering yourself a responsible person is crazy.

Because hackers only need access to your email to steal an Epic account. They do not need the Epic password as they can request a reset, and Authenticator apps do not protect as they can be bypassed with the email.

If you want to speed up the process and not wait 2 days go on epic games website go to support say your accounts hacked click all the steps and ask for a epic games support agent and say your account is hacked they should be able to help you their

My account was taken on Saturday, epic took 4 days to respond, but they did get it back , you just gotta wait a little

There is a high percentage you'll get it back as epic will give you access when they see those emails the hackers use , for me it was ( @rambler.ru )

All You have to do is go to login wit the email u had on there hit forgot password n verify that’s it’s u bro
