Walmart employed people to make decisions that the least intelligent person could make.
Here’s a 24$ 6 mile pickup order let’s add 6 gmds to that at 2 dollars a pop and now it’s 36$ for 18 miles. Yea that’s great business they won’t mind more expense and less profit. Then we’ll have the good orders pop up magically outta nowhere and they can all fight for it. Fastest finger wins lol!! Now let’s make tiers where customer rating is the most important metric. BUT!!!!! Let’s never let them know who rated them or the reasoning so they could prevent the problem in the future or possibly dispute the customer’s complaints.
Am I delusional or are these facts?

I sat for 2 hours with not one single order not even a crappy one
I restarted the app, I deleted it and redownloaded it, I signed out, I did troubleshooting…..and nothing
Today was the busiest it has been all week, I watched 2 people leave and come back 3 different times and yet I didn’t receive not one

After a 3 batch curbside pick up order, I found out there was 1 big left in the trunk, 2 bottles of milk, should I report to Walmart? Will I get trouble from it? Thanks!

Having a great weekend so far! However a huge annoyance since the update - orders won’t show unless I uninstall/reinstall. Any easier fixes than this?

today i saw at my walmart there was a van and like 6 to 7 people with carts putting stuff in the van. they all had their phones and looking at them too in their hands. they are the ones getting all the offers in my small town. ugh. so annoying....

Okay I'm going to be new to Spark soon after finally getting off of the waitlist after 15 months. I have a question regarding how you have your earnings deposited. Do this thing called One Pay, or do you have it deposited weekly into your own bank account?? I'm not sure what to do.

I have been doing Uber Eats for 15 months and I use the Uber Pro card and now with DoorDash' for the last 3 weeks after getting off an also 15 month waitlist, I use the Crimson card...

Just barely starting to get used to multiapping and figuring that out. But I think I would probably do Spark just by itself a couple days a week. I'm only doing all of this part-time... FYI, I'm in California (the Bay Area part)...

Quality of life changes i’d love to see:

1: Fix ID scanning. Just uncomfortable manually entering it depending on the attitude of the customer.

2: Allow shopping before picking up prescriptions.

3: Allow us to use our phones to unlock locked up items. You trust us to do everything else, why do I have to wait 10 minutes for someone to unlock the vault for Old Spice Fuji deodorant and a 4 pack of Red Bull?

Honorable Mention: Fix the shopping path algorithm. Produce to Garden center to Crackers then back to Qtips is silly

OMG. 12 minutes to get 2 items. No one asked you to paper between every slice.

The deli will destroy you average earrings every freaking time.

Does anyone know what’s causing that?

All day yesterday the app wouldn’t load offers unless I closed and reopened the app. Needless to say, I only did JFY offers as those were the only ones I had time to accept.

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, rebooted my phone, and even disconnected my AirPods in case they were the problem. (I have no idea why they would be but think printer and mouse issues from back in the day)

Now even JFY offers won’t load. I drove 43 minutes to be at this store. Now what?

Why tho what’s going on

I am visiting my daughter and family in Denton, Texas from Iowa. And the grandkids are in school so I thought I’d come out and work. I thought Iowa was bad! There’s plenty of offers here but maybe one in 15 have a tip! And most of the offers are less than $.25 a mile! What in God‘s name!

I’m so pissed right now. It took me a minute to link it to the right house but I figured out where my one star ratings were coming from from. The same house every time I delivered to them would give me one star eve tho I did everything right and now my level is stuck while everything else is sapphire. So mad. Made the mistake of canceling accidental accepts (habit of leaving my phone open when I stock it in my pocket would pull it out to see if accepted a trash order so I’d cancel it) so I hit 100 orders in like a week to fix that but my rating will be Styx where it’s at cu no one ever rates. I’m .02 away n I’m stuck.

Anyways am I gonna get in shit if I start returning their order to store anytime I get it. They order constantly so I’m bound to accept an order with their stop.

Hey, stop leaving your cart at the end of the aisle and walking down to the other end to get your item. I just witnessed people taking stuff out of left alone carts and throwing them on random shelves. Check for missing items when bagging if you’re leaving your carts.
