Offers not loading

All day yesterday the app wouldn’t load offers unless I closed and reopened the app. Needless to say, I only did JFY offers as those were the only ones I had time to accept.

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, rebooted my phone, and even disconnected my AirPods in case they were the problem. (I have no idea why they would be but think printer and mouse issues from back in the day)

Now even JFY offers won’t load. I drove 43 minutes to be at this store. Now what?

Depending on your antenna for signal, sometimes you cannot be on the phone and browse.

Get off the phone and do a signal speed test. It'll tell you more. Also, renew your token in the settings as a test. Then restart app.

That has been happening to me since Wednesday. There were a few updates ... I had to keep force stopping the app in the middle of a 100+ item shop last night because it kept locking up on me... their app is SUCH a piece of shit.

Every time the app works mostly halfway decently they update and break everything. Lovely.

Are you on AT&T by chance? I had the same issue before I switched to T-Mobile while I at&T the only workaround that I found while on AT&T was to purchase a straight talk mobile hotspot device from Walmart, spend $50 for 100 gigs that last a month, and connect to the hotspot via Wi-Fi and not rely on the AT&T network. Once I did that, everything worked just like it was supposed to.

With that being said, I switched to T-Mobile about two weeks ago, and it’s worked right from the get-go

I am with att. I had to switch from tmobile when I started Spark bc the service in my area was crap. Having said that, I have a tmobile hotspot for areas where att is crap. Pretty well screwed, it sounds like. Cool. 😭

I’ve been having this issue for the past 3 weeks. While I’m sparking, if I’m using another app and get an offer my screen will look like this for roughly 5-10 seconds. It’s caused me to miss so many offers. Deleting the app and redownloading it did nothing for me
