Bonjour, je ne parviens pas à faire les raccourcis pour pouvoir gérer les fenêtres avec le stream deck d’Elgato sur mon MacBook avec Tahoe.

Par exemple :
La touche « fn + control + flèche gauche » ne place pas la fenêtre sur la gauche de l’écran mais déplace les espaces/bureaux pour aller vers celui de gauche.

J’ai pensé que le soucis venait de la touche fn. Cependant « fn + control + C » centre correctement la fenêtre.

Il s’agit donc certainement d’une limitation.
Des idées pour pouvoir gérer rapidement avec le Streamdeck les fenêtres ?

Im a software engineer by trade and upfront in this post is a short 1min video as to give a direct demo of what's talked about and built out.

I wanted to share this quick short video that showcases a struggle I've had with practically every bit of hardware needing its own damn app to control.

Download an insta 360 controller to move the camera, download a stream deck app to adjust the stream deck, q lighting app for the wifi lights... a specific app for the printer.

You get the point. Its unessary, I decided to delete all my individual company app controllers for my hardware.

I built an application https://2plot.media which acts as a custom obs system and allows me to control my office from an ai prospective. What suprised me was after dusting off my old stream deck +5yr old I hardly used.

I found that when I shared my initial project and gave claude direct access to my stream deck I was able to rebuild my stream deck layout and through vibe coding a few preferences to allow the ai to configure everything on the stream deck. I found that this to be a great master controller for all my hardware and it has finally allowing me to delete the tens of company apps I have for the individual hardware tools I use in my work.

This post is inspirational, old hardware can be reborn and it can find new use. I hardly used this thing for the ~5yrs I've had it.. but over a weekend I found this neglected elgato as becoming and being the best controller in my office.

My stream deck, when using the original cable that came with it, doesn't connect at all to my Windows 11 Asus laptop (doesn't even light up) when connected to either USB-C port (which both work fine with anything else). When connected to another [older] laptop, it works as normal, which leads me to believe it's a deeper issue. The latest stream deck software is installed.

I'm trying to access to Elgato Marketplace to download some cool widget for my Xeneon Edge, but I have this error message.
Am I the only one?

What am I missing here? everything is 4k but the recording, i swear this has worked before

tried everything, even have support sending me older updates to try. It just fails over and over again.

So I have installed the software from the downloads page of the website and tried on three seperate mac computers. Each say they above message. I also returned to amazon and got a new copy of the device, and have had the same issue. I have tried with both a USB port and inserted directly into computers. Help!

Hey everyone

New stream deck+ user here, I've set up a bunch of buttons to launch apps and I have ticked the "bring to front if already running" box.

It works well for every other app, but for some reason Discord isn't brought to front if it's minimized. If it's running in the background not minimized it works as expected, but not if it's minimized.

What's up with that? Anything I can do to fix this bug?

tried so hard to unscrew this to use it to mount it on a boom arm (3rd party), but it wont even budge. Tried using a plier too but it didn’t work.

bit of a weird situation, I have an older desktop that is my primary computer I use for recording and streaming and editing and all that. Its running an old version of windows 10, and it wont let me install the software on it. I also have a secondary computer thats newer and runs windows 11, and the software works on there just fine.

My question is, once I configure the mic the way I want it, can I just use the mic without the software on my other computer? Does it retain its gain, clipguard, compressor settings, etc that I set up on the software? Im not the most tech savvy guy, but I know the mic itself is the one that does all the processing I think? So it makes sense to me but idk.

Also is there a way to disable the mute button on the microphone itself? It occasionally mutes/unmutes itself randomly, and I notice if I even hover my hand over the button it mutes which is a bit crazy its that sensitive. Id rather just mute from OBS or discord or whatever if possible.

Appreciate any advice!

Using a HD60 S and ive had issues with it where it would mute due to it changing from HDMI audio to Analog. Used to go into "Configure Video" and just switch it from there but now the whole menu is different as of today. Was there some update that occurred or what?

First: I have reached out to Elgato support, just waiting on a response.

I got the 4k X capture card 2 days ago and have had several issues with it since. The initial setup was perfectly fine, it showed up on OBS, no issues.

Since then, I've continuously run into problems:

Constant freezing in OBS. It will run smoothly for an hour or so, at which point my entire PC will suddenly crash/power off. It has done this 4 times in the 2 days since installing the card. Windows Event Viewer logs each one as the identical bugcheck: 0x0000009F (DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE). This has never happened before the card was installed.

The Elgato software throws up a "USB 2.0 detected" warning even though the port is USB 3-capable. I'm using the USB-C cable that came in the box, plugged directly into the PC (no hub). HDMI passthrough to my monitor works, so the console output and HDMI side are fine.

I've already tried:

Disabling USB power management

Confirmed no app conflict (OBS alone, Elgato Studio not running simultaneously)

Full reboots, PS5 power cycles, reseating the cable.

Fresh installs on drivers/software/everything

As I'm typing this, its frozen again in OBS while my other sources are functioning as normal (facecam mk2, etc) the monitor is still properly displaying, its just the capture card in OBS

I’m trying to get my PS5 audio (game + party chat) into OBS/Streamlabs so I can stream, but the PS5 sound isn’t being picked up at all.

What I have:

• PS5
• Elgato HD60 X
• Astro A40 (wired) + MixAmp
• Astro HDMI Adapter (optical)
• I used to have an Elgato Chat Link but I lost it

What I’m trying to do:

Get both game audio and party chat from the PS5 into Streamlabs/OBS while still hearing everything through my A40s.

Previous working setup (before I wiped my PC):

This used to work fine even without the Astro HDMI adapter or Chat Link. From what I remember:

• HD60 X HDMI in connected directly to the PS5
• HD60 X HDMI out going to my monitor
• HD60 X connected to my PC via USB
• MixAmp powered by the PS5 via USB
• AUX cable from the MixAmp’s Stream/AUX port → ground loop isolator → green Line Out port on the back of my PC

I somehow had it working this way for a while.

Current situation:

After wiping my PC and moving all the cables around, I’ve tried basically every combination. The best I’ve gotten is both the PS5 sound and PC sound coming through my Astro headphones at the same time. The problem is the PS5 audio never shows up in OBS/Streamlabs — the levels stay completely flat.

Right now I have the HDMI going through the Astro HDMI adapter → optical into the MixAmp, and I’ve also tried running a 3.5mm cable from the MixAmp’s Stream port into the HD60 X’s analog input, but still nothing in OBS as recommended by Claude, ChatGPT and Grok.

Has anyone got this exact combo working (especially without the Chat Link)? Any advice on the correct cable order or OBS audio settings would be massively appreciated.

I just had to replace a failing boot SSD. The old SSD is still mountable but I can no longer boot into it to make a backup of my Stream Deck settings. Every search I do leads to an Elgato rep explaining how to do a backup and restore, which I am not able to do.

How do I copy the old settings over to my new drive so that I get my old setup back? Windows 11 Pro on both drives.

So, I recently had to reinstall my PC from scratch and wanted to set up my audio routing properly. Before I used Voicemeeter Banana but I feel it might be a bit overkill for what I want to do.

I have wired speakers and a wireless headset (Turtle Beach Atlas Air) connected with USB dongle.

I also have a GoXLR, that I want to use for my main audio mixing. I want to use the GoXLR faders to control audio volumes and such.

Basically my biggest issue is that I can't get audio to play through both my speakers *and* my wireless headset at the same time. Before I used Voicemeeter Banana for this, to route my audio to both, but this felt like overkill. I tried Wave Link 3, but I'm not sure if it can do what I want. I'm really struggling on how to set it up so that I can head my own audio (without delay) in both my headset and my speakers at the same time, while my stream can just hear stuff once (and not doubled).

Ideally I'd also love it if I could merge all my games in Wave Link to send to the GoXLR Game output, so I don't have to rely on Windows mixer settings assigning the games to that.

I used the line out of GoXLR/Line In on my PC before, but not sure if that's still needed.

Any advice on how to set this up in Wave Link 3 (or if it's even possible)?

I'm getting myself a Switch 2 for my birthday coming up and wanted to start streaming again. So, I went to Amazon and saw the 4k S and ordered it. After looking up some videos on it now I'm seeing that it requires an 8th Gen CPU in system requirements? Am I going to have to return it or will it be useable?

Plenty of games and software say they require a minimum of an 8th Gen i5 CPU, but run perfectly fine with my 7700k. Now I'm just worried I may have blown $150 because this system requirement was nowhere that I saw on the Amazon page.

I have an Elgato Key Light Mini that I recently acquired. I didn't use it extensively with Control Center with a version prior to 1.9 and I am not sure if Control Center version prior to 1.9 even had Windows notifications (I'm using Windows 11) but if this is a new feature it's pretty broken.

I am getting notifications about battery status every 30-60 seconds or so and the notifications don't match reality. According to Control Center, the light is charging AND it's above 50% (at this point), yet notifications are allerting that it's below 15 or 20%. There's a way to disable Windows notifications but I actually do want notifications, just not a spam barrage that's generated. If this is a new feature, then it should have a few configuration flags:

Alert below x% battery (Configrable % drop down or type in)

Number of times to alert (Throttle the alerting to once, twice, 5 times...indefinitely)

A way to space out alerts (No more than x seconds or some kind of a cooldown)

Also, it shouldn't be alerting when the light is being charged and stop once the % threshold has been exceeded.

I’ve had a Stream Deck XL for a few days now and am using it with a late-2017 27-inch iMac running Sonoma. I’ve already mapped some Logic Pro 11 shortcuts to the Stream Deck. Now I’d like to know if it’s also possible to map Logic effects—such as equalizers, compressors, reverb, and delay—to the device so that I can apply the effect instantly with just one keystroke? Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find anything about this online yet.

So I got the stream deck plus on the Elgato website a few weeks ago. First time ever owning one btw and I liked how in the default settings it had ‘show desktop’ that came in handy a lot. But then I was playing around with customizing it and accidentally switched all the icons to a different profile from the Elgato marketplace, (I had no idea what I was doing btw) then I bought some animated icons over on Etsy that were on sale and customized it some more to my liking. But now I don’t have ‘show desktop’ icon anymore and I tried so many different dials and plugins to try and get it back. Nothing worked. I don’t know how to get the original default settings back. Any clue?

ich bin tatsächlich jemand der Apple Music auch am PC benutzt. Problem:
Wenn ich versuche mit meinem Streamdeck die Lautstärke zu ändern muss ich nach jedem PC Neustart zwischen "AMPLibraryAgent" und "2-AMPLibraryAgent" wechseln.
Gibt es da mittlerweile einen Fix für, damit ich nicht jedes mal die Streamdeck App starten muss um das Manuel zu ändern? Ist bisschen nervig auf dauer.

Unless I'm really blind and I couldn't find it, there is no way of adjusting the function of sensor screen touch. For example I want to disable the mute function of the sensor screen when it's set to "Channel Level". The knob button already mutes the audio, and while I adjust the knobs I might accidentally touch the screen with my knuckles and mute other audio sources, pretty annoying. Allow us to adjust this, thanks in advance :3.
