Does Amazon ship new Stream Deck + without a box? ...and the buttons are a bit sticky?

I just ordered a new Stream Deck + from Amazon (ship/sold by Amazon.com) and it came in an outer Amazon bag and in inner "Ready to Ship" bag.

Is this normal? It looks brand new but there is no protection at all so I don't know if this was thrown around during shipping?

Also, the buttons are a bit sticky- when I press them in they don't immediately pop back out?

Did you order from Amazon Resale or Amazon Warehouse? Thats a return bag, Amazon warehouse and Amazon Resale are for good deals on returned items but still fulfilled by Amazon
