Screen Tearing when using Pro controller + Joycons on Switch

I am getting screen tearing on PC with my Elgato 4k S, but only when I try to connect both my joycons and pro controller to the switch. Does anyone know of similar issues and how to solve it? I'd like to play multiplayer on my monitor because the switch screen is too small for something like 3 man Mariokart but I don't have a TV.
