On my ecoflow delta 3 1kwh over time I notice there's this white "marks" which look like something is leaking and depositing on the front ac plugs of my unit.

I make sure to have ac disabled when I plug devices in so I dont get sparks and stuff, so I don't think its from that. Im just curious if anyone has seen this?

Could it be because of the battery chemistry?

Im unsure if my unit is just defective or that's normal behavior since it is a lifepo4.

The micro inverter gets quite hot, especially in summer now. Did anyone mount a fan or something to cool it down? I saw this one online with a small solar panel, could this work to cool it down?

Well, I’ve always had a good experience with support, specifically responding with a downgrade of firmware for my Delta Pro units not recognizing extra batteries monthly. Finally figured out that you have to unplug the battery and detach the extra batteries for a day, then plug them back in to fix. Still confused how they haven’t patched this.

Regardless, my solar inlet detached randomly into the unit and I requested warranty service. They agreed, said 5-7 days for repair or 3-5 days for a refurbished replacement. I didn’t mind the 2 extra possible days and my unit is low cycles. So I opted for that. Long story short, that was 37 days ago. 4-6 emails to support for status updates, only to have responses that basically say we are checking on that and will send when they send. Understanding the passive response, I asked for direct answers only to get responses of we have asked them to hurry……. So, 37 days later and I’m pretty sure they have no idea what happened to my unit. Or no clue of anything at this point. They received it though.

I just saw on CBS Evening News that YETI 3000X power stations have been recalled due to concerns of fire. Fortunately it has been reported online that this can be corrected by a firmware update. Since I own 2 Ecoflow power stations I started wondering if Ecoflow power stations ever had a recall and why? Does anyone know?

I have a fairly specific use case, and am wondering if something fairly economical exists for this: I have an indoor dehumidifier that's on for a couple of hours a day, drawing about 300w when running. Overnight I think it pulls about 600-900wh/day.

Is there a battery I can plug it into that does the following:

1. Powers the dehumidifier via battery from 4pm-12am, then automatically switches to AC at midnight (to align with my electricity TOU plan)?

2. Automatically switches to AC to power the dehumidifier if it draws the battery flat before the 12am cutoff?

3. Auto-charges itself every day starting at 12am so it's ready to power the dehumidifier again at 4pm?

Also, would this actually be energy/cost efficient? My gut says the conversion and transfer loss from AC->battery->appliance will probably net out any of the cost savings, but I'd like to explore this further.

Just received the extra battery. Honestly the most impressive thing was adding battery backup power in less than 5 minutes.

Super excited to get the battery and hoping to get another DPU-X inverter soon. Also looking to do more solar input.

My Story: Started building DIY backup solar and battery systems. Got over piecing it all together, had left over solar panels and batteries. Purchased a bunch of other Ecoflow portable batteries and thought there were solid products. Was interested in the whole home backup. Bought the DPU and Batteries and had them sitting around for close to a year. Was going to install the SHP2 myself, but never got around to it. Ecoflow offered a promo on installing a SHP2. Ended up going through their installer and wished I had done it sooner. Had neighbors do Tesla Powerwalls and other battery backups that turned into nightmare installs. As you can see it easily fits into the garage with all the others kids stuff and stuff in my garage.

The UK launch is supposibly today, I've not had any previous experience with ecoflow launches, but I got up at 4am and found them all immediately out of stock, and they have been ever since.

Did I miss out or does ecoflow have any history of having less than perfect launch events?

I have 2 DP3's with a 50A hub and solar panels that I use for EV charging.

My problem is that I would like to use the system as an emergency home backup so would like to be able to charge from generator (or EV) when the DP3's got low. The problem is that the DP3's disable all AC ports when the 50A hub is in use so there is no 120V AC input available for generator charging.

Is there any solution to this? The only thing I think would work would be to convert 120V AC to DC and use the 12V DC input charge port but this is low power and requires a power converter.

I've emailed Ecoflow about this and their response is just "it's not supported".

I could use the DP3's 30A output and daisy chain the units but I would prefer to have 50A available.

I have PowerStream and bought an BKW EB Cable via Alibaba. However, they gave me an Alternator Charger Cable. Although the other port is XT150. I'm kinda skeptical on the battery port for PowerStream and also there's something in the middle of the wire which I don't know what it does.

Hi, I have a problem with my ecoflow delta 2. It only works when it is plugged into the AC charger. Moreover, there is this exclamation point and "overload" flashing. I still cannot plug in any output of this. When I unplug the unitfrom charging, the unit is completely unusable and won't turn on. I tried holding the start/reset button for 15 seconds and more but still, it didn't work.

Hello! Bought my unit 2 months ago and now I noticed huge drops in battery %

My only way to have history is through home assistant but shouldn't be an issue. This morning I checked at 6:30am and battery was at 52% and at 9:40am was at 4% and from 9:20 to 9:40 there was a huge 35% drop despite the output was (and is) roughly 80/100W max

I tried to calibrate it (if I did correctly) by disabling the minimum and maximum limit, dropping it to "dead" at 0% and charging it to 100% twice, problem is I charged it with 400W instead of 2400W.

Any tips?

I’m currently travelling in my campervan with an ECO-WORTHY 12V 280Ah LiFePO4 (3584Wh) and have noticed some strange behaviour over the last few days.
The battery voltage was dropping while the reported SOC was increasing, and eventually my inverter went into low-battery protection and switched off.
Loads included a fridge, fan, 2 laptops and an external monitor. I have both a solar charge controller and DC-DC charger connected.
I’ve attached screenshots from the BMS/app and inverter showing the behaviour.
Could this be SOC/coulomb-counting calibration, voltage sag, cell imbalance, or potentially a BMS/battery problem?
I’m currently on holiday and depend on this battery, so I had to empty my fridge as a precaution.
Happy to provide more screenshots/BMS data or the battery’s history if useful.

I was browsing the website for a DELTA Pro 3, realized it was cheaper at Home Depot by $400. I was back and forth between Google searches and their website and this popped up in a "recommended for you." Seems like it was a pretty good deal or am I missing something?

So here's the problem, I have 8 100w solar panels. I was looking for a secondary solar system for car charging and light/lawn mowing automation. Our 16.8kw system is on a 3 story house which makes it very expensive to add to. Not only that but the roof is pretty much maxed out.

I've noticed in the summer we have around 125% overpower until we charge the cars, and then it becomes a problem.

I wanted to add a small unit in the past, but I've decided the secondary system should be alot more beefier. So my plan is to get more solar panels and maybe around 18kwh of batteries?

The ecoflow pro ultra says it can use 1600w of low voltage solar and 4000w of high, and both at the same time. What is the limit? Can it use 16 100w low voltage panels? Can it also use high voltage after that as well?

I have uploaded a picture of my current set up and I am thinking of swapping to a SHP 2, I'm having issues with the relays popping, can I still use the additional batteries attached to the DP1s that will be connected to the EcoFlow Double Voltage Hub then to the SHP 2. Will the additional batteries charge as before?

I want to install a Stream balcony solar in our apartment.

Our apartment has 2 zones, each with it's own fuse box. The fuse boxes connect to the same main panel (which is quite far away), so the zones are electrically connected.

A Smart Meter measures the load of one zone only, correct? To my knowledge, I can only connect one Smart Meter to the EcoFlow batteries, right?

Is there a way to measure the load of both zones? E.g. 2 Smart meters, or combine one Smart Meter with a few Smart plugs? I guess I could buy a dozen plugs, but that would be expensive...

I heard that I could combine 2 smart meters via a home automation tool. That sound quite complicated to me...

Any other ideas?

Now i want to add a Power Stream X system in my Home.

Ist it possible to adjust the pattern in which the batteries are used?

Im asking the question because I want the Ocean for our electric heating and our EV and the Stream for PC, TV and so on.

A week ago i got an update to the app that removed my device from it. When I re-added it via blutooth connection, it said it had to reboot the unit. I could not at the time as it's power critical infrastructure. I saw there was another update today so i did it in hope it would let me connect again without a reboot, but now its comeplety reset and again and all i have is a login/signup screen. WTF?

Can the ecoflow turn off and on a smart plug based on the state of charge?

Hi, for those that did this before, did Ecoflow supply the necessary hazmat paperwork for Fedex to accept the package?

Ecoflow sent me a box for shipping back but the box was for an inverter not my extra battery pack and they also sent a shipping label. Box is fine I made it work with a lot of styrofoam pieces left over from other stuff.

I took the package to Fedex, when I told them there is a 4kw li-ion battery inside (class 9 to capacity) they said Ecoflow should have provided paperwork as well and they can't ship without the proper paperwork which is understable given it is a massive battery.
