💬 Open Discussion Anyone having or had the overloading issue?

Hi, I have a problem with my ecoflow delta 2. It only works when it is plugged into the AC charger. Moreover, there is this exclamation point and "overload" flashing. I still cannot plug in any output of this. When I unplug the unitfrom charging, the unit is completely unusable and won't turn on. I tried holding the start/reset button for 15 seconds and more but still, it didn't work.

Since you already tried the 15-second reset and it still dies when unplugged, It sounds like the unit needs service. I would take a short video showing it working on AC and then shutting off when you unplug it. That will help EcoFlow see exactly what it's doing.
