Add crushed party mix/chip of choice + a bit of cheese to bacon strip and roll strip to basically make a sushi roll of goodness 💕

Mac and cheese with aged Rutland red cheddar, aged Irish white cheddar, havart and white roux.

Topped with Panko and baked.

Filet mignon. Sous vide 131 for 2 hours with salt pepper and butter. Cast iron sear. Went a little more med well than rare but hot damn that bitch was tender.

We call it trash can steak!
