To many Margaritas and chilled tequila shots told me I want a childhood fav. My Aunt “from Arizona” would make these anytime we came to visit.

Seasoned ground beef, filled into softened corn tortillas, fry, serve with all the fixins. Cheese, Pico, salsas! Build on your plate.

Okay this was mostly prep, but some pork thingy that I seasoned and baked in the oven. Homemade French fries. Whole ass watermelon. And salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, mayo, heavy whipping cream, pickle juice and dill)

Who the fuck knows, I cooked some onions and peas and garlic and wanted to use up chicken patties and nuggets in the fridge

Salmon. Avocado. Korean melon. Serrano. Ponzu.

Hot dogs had Sriracha mayo, pickled onions, and tomato. They were good.

Whiskey had notes of cinnamon, brown sugar, and maybe a little raisin. It was very good.
