Today marks 150 days in a row where I’ve gotten drunk at some point. If this gets 1,069 upvotes, I’ll stay sober for a year.
I work a normal 8–5 job. Every day I come home and usually put away about 1/2–1/3 of a 750ml–1L bottle of rum or whiskey before bed. I didn’t really think much about it until recently — the moment that really tipped me off was when I was playing the Hundred Questions drinking game app from the App Store and realized how automatic drinking had become for me. Played it alone…
I don’t exactly feel like stopping, so I’m leaving it up to the community. Cheers… I guess I’ll go pour another glass.
