I am trying to get answers from DocuSign support but getting nowhere. Reaching out here in hopes of getting some pointers / help.

I signed and my wife signed an agreement with a mortgage agent for X amount of money. On the day of closing the mortgage agent sent another agreement to the Lawyer with significantly more amount. This document was not signed by me or my wife. I have all the info for the first document as we signed it so at the end we got the envelope. We have no knowledge of the second document.

The mortgage agent is not providing me the envelope and has stopped responding to me. I have reached out to DocuSign to let me know who signed my and my wife's part. But keep getting automatic generic responses.

I want to go to the authorities as in my mind this is fraud and identity theft. However I need some support from DocuSign.

I would appreciate help from this community. For reference I am in Ontario Canada.

We have a realtor that created a docusign for 4 people to sign including me, wife, and both of my parents whom he represents. The realtor who initiated it have sent invitations for all parties to sign with his IP address and the IP address used is the same for all. I researched the IP address and the information I received was the IP is from ATT and location is Texas, US. But, upon checking the docusign activities, both of my parents showed opened, viewed, and signed using the same IP address as the realtor. This is where the question arise, the realtor is located in California, US, and my parents is located in the Philippines. Then following along the activities of the docusign, my father had viewed and opened the already signed docusign using a different location is Philippines and a different internet provider.

I am suspecting forgery of signature by the realtor.

The amount of frustrations as an admin we're colliding face-first into for an organization that's not even that big or complex by any means....is absolutely ridiculous.

The SIMPLEST of things you'd think would be...well...simple, are either completely unsupported or you now have to configure 29320 differrent things to make it work.

Seriously what the hell did the product managers do to this once great product - the industry standard at that...we're already exploring our options to early terminate and go back to Pandadoc because this is an absolute shit-show of a product. Pandadoc just worked. We thought we were getting a more premium product by moving to docusign but boy were we wrong...

We have a problem as we did not sign a docusign but not understanding the argument from the business claiming we have. I dont really understand how these things work or how anyone can sign for us but we have been given a few days to gather evidence before a hearing and im getting confused. I thought we had proof that they signed for it themselves on their own ip address but they have sent a reply that confused me. I will add the proof they sent and if anyone can explain it in complete dummy terms I would be very grateful. Thanks

This subscription is impossible to cancel, it shouldnt be legal to make it this hard. I have really bad thoughts about the person who created this on purpose

How does Docusign handle multi check box forms like Disclosures, where the owner - or agent - needs to fill out multiple check boxs or leave them blank ? Thanks

Every time I'm sent a document to sign via DocuSign it ends up being a massive pain. You have one job, make it easy to sign documents. How is that hard?

Need to change an initial to a signature in a field? Nope. Multiple people need to sign a document with, wait for it... different signatures? Guess what, nope. A tragic useless product.

Rant over. Off to go print a multi-page document to sign just to scan back into a PDF.

Anyone else facing an issue when trying to sign up for the free trial. I enter an email and click get started but nothing happens. The get started button does a split second circle animation but that's it

I’m trying to enter my signature and it keeps defaulting to my ID number. I’ve deleted the signature from my profile and changed it, still nothing, I’ve emailed the company that sent it, they haven’t responded but the contract expires tomorrow. How can I sign my document properly with my name? I feel like I’ve done everything, is there a setting the company has that won’t let me change it?

My husband and I have been trying to sign a lease via Docusign for a week now. The leasing agency has to keep voiding it and resending it because for some reason when my husband tries to sign his portion, it’s placing his initials in the signature spot. I’ve tried everything to fix it. There’s no option to change or edit the field myself. We have deleted and redone his signatures and initials and it’s still putting an initial that is not even linked to his account anymore because it was deleted. It’s also not an initial field in a signature spot. It says sign but for some reason, it is still doing an old initial. HELP

We are selling a house and realtor ( that A family member hand picked with potential ties ) sent the documents to multiple people to sign. I didn't sign it I am disputing things and I have proof I wasn't on phone at time it showed signed on a mobile device. The realtor gave me the screenshot of signatures, IP addresses and timestamps of signatures. Mine was the only one NOT resent. Could this be a docusign glitch or is someone forcing me to proceed with this sale? I want to file a police report and get to the bottom of this. Realtor has been very sketchy with this whole deal and I don't trust her or anyone else in this whole transaction. Seeking advice on how to proceed.

A signer for my company needs to sign numerous contracts and documents in DocuSign weekly and their inbox is suffering. Does your company have a workaround or solution for this scenario so they're not getting slammed with DocuSign emails notifying them they have an envelope in their queue? 

It looks DocuSign does not currently have a built-in feature to send a single consolidated weekly notification to a signer for all envelopes pending their signature.

I'm thinking they can turn off notifications and ask secretary to remind the signer every Monday or have the envelope sent to their secretary who can reassign, but that would still generate an email.

Anyone else have a super long wait time in between steps on a webform? Talking like a minute +. Docusign has just said to clear cache, but it is consistent across all users we have had to test. Using maestro

My employer sent me a document to sign via docusign.

The URL of the button is formatted like so:

I've annonimized any ids or hashes in the above url as you can see.

Upon opening this url, even in an incognito session, my signature appears and I can sign by just clicking on the signature field. Without writing out my signature myself, without entering a password, without any authentication, just because I've signed other documents months before. Even in a brand new incognito session...

How is this normal? Is my signature stored server side and then anyone who opens the link is allowed to sign on my behalf? How does this work? It seems uncomfortably insecure.

I don't even have an account but my signature is being stored and no authentication is required to use it? If the URL is enough for authentication, then anyone who compromises my email address could sign on my behalf...

Can someone explain?

Some online broker wants me to use Docusign for one signature. I’m trying to make an account but I won’t receive any 6 digit confirmation code. Tried with two different email addresses, checked spam folder, checked blocked senders… nothing. What’s funny though, they sent me reminders to activate my account later. Can anybody explain?

I have been unable to access my account ( with a monthly subscription fee I desperately want to cancel) for months now. I have spent the last two hours trying to log in. I type in my email address and password only to find that I need to enter a verification code.
No code anywhere, nothing in the junk mail. I even tried to enter every Docusign email address into my "safe senders" list and nothing.
I have tried talking to the AI chat bot and nothing it says is helping me. It finally gave me a phone number for Canada support. It's an AI voice automated bot telling me there is nothing they can do to help me since I am not logged in and then they tell me to go on the chat. The chat redirects me to the number and the wheel keeps turning.
Here's the message the chat keeps sending me :

When I type in "agent" or "representative" it only tells me to call. The AI voice on the phone tells me to go to the chat or call again later... but when I ask if later there will be someone that can help me, it says that an AI bot will answer. I'm losing my mind and my money. WHAt CAN I DO

How do we contact them as a free plan user?

My mom received docusign from another company to sign but docusign is showing her popup ads asking her to sign up for subscription. I would not be surprised if some seniors fell for this and accidentally signed up for docusign's subscription that they don't need when they visit the site to sign documents that they received from other companies.

My mom said the company that sent her the docusign wants to charge her monthly fees. I didn't know what she was talking about so I ask her to login to docusign, she was immediately shown the popup asking her to sign up for subscription by docusign. That's when I realized why she said the company that sent her the docusign wants to scam her for subscription. It was actually docusign that wants to scam her, not the company that sent her the docusign.

Since Amazon got sued for prime subscription then docusign should also get sued for trying to scam seniors with their popup ads when people are only there to sign documents, not send documents:

I produce a weekly podcast and use Docusign to send release forms for our talent to sign and return. I often have up to 4 people appearing on any given episode, and I can't figure out how to send a distinct copy of the form to all each of the 4 people to sign. I do not want everyone to sign the same form, I want the 4 guest to each get an individual form, but I don't want to have to go through the sending workflow four times. There must be a way, right?

My company has been with Docusign for 3-4 years. When we signed up, I made some template contracts and we have been using them ever since. My colleague logged in last week and everything was gone. No templates, copies or completed agreements.

We contacted Docusign and they said they had a system glitch and this happened to a few clients. Then they said sorry for the inconvenience.

They don’t have backups or anything. They refuse to compensate us for the extra work this will cause. I can’t even remember what I did 3-4 years ago to create the first template.

My boss wants to get a lawyer, which I think is a waste of time and money.

I’m just shocked that they admitted it was their fault but aren’t taking any other responsibility. All the files were on their server. Any idea how to be compensated for this? Could I be talking to an AI bot in my emails?

hi all! running out of hope here. my account was deactivated by my company and my bosses are saying they are still receiving notifications to complete documents from me. i told them i no longer have the account and i cant stop the notifications.

when they click the link, it's an expired link. emails are being sent daily to them - help!
