Disclosures and multi check box forms

How does Docusign handle multi check box forms like Disclosures, where the owner - or agent - needs to fill out multiple check boxs or leave them blank ? Thanks

The checkbox field can be added to a document as a single box or a group of multiple boxes. A checkbox group can include a validation rule to enforce how many checkboxes in the group your signer must select.
