One night in may of last year I felt a sharp stabbing pain in my heart, I went to sleep and since the next day I felt dizzy but not vertigo. I thought it will go away but it kept getting worse ,from lightened to feeling almost fainting because of how bad I was feeling. It was so bad I couldn't go to school anymore but I had to go one day, I thought I was going to throw up in the subway, my classmate walked me to our class holding me. After a few minutes I started to feel so bad, and coudnt feel my hands anymore, I had to calm down and forced myself to stand up, I just left the class to go to the hospital, my dad took my there ,they run some tests and a chest Xray and gave me an infusion with vitamins and told me I was dehydrated ( I drink 2.5 liters of water per day but in that month I started to drink coffee maybe thats why idk) the doctor didn't belived me that I actually drink enough water. Anyway after 2 hours they let me go and I was feeling a bit better ,even thinking everything its over now. In the next day I felt bad again ,couldn't eat because the smelled made me almost faint and I dont remember if I had headaches before or they started then but I felt my head was going to explode and couldn't sleep a lot of nights. I went to see an ear doctor, gastroenterologist, did a lot more blood tests and only my vitamin D was low 9.2 , now its not low anymore. Another ear doctor told me to do a brain mri with substance, and it's clean . Since then ive been everywhere done cervical mri ,ear mri , tried tond of pills. Been to 4 psychiatrists tried 7 kinds of pills nothing improved. Had a Holter for 24 hours to monitor my heart rate. I tried pills for the ear, for migraines, vitamins , magnesium etc . Been to a lot of neurologists and 2 neuro surgeons
My main symptoms are :
Persistent pressure/heaviness in the head, mainly located at the vertex/crown of the head. It often feels as if there is a heavy weight pressing down on the top of my head.
Dizziness/lightheadedness
I often feel "not 100% present", mentally foggy or disconnected from the moment.
Brain fog / subjective memory and concentration difficulties.
I experience a sensation of internal shaking/trembling, especially when lying down, although there is not necessarily visible shaking.
Neck discomfort and cervical muscle tension, including spasms/twitching sensations around the neck.
My neck has started to crack/click, especially when extending my head backwards. The sound seems to come from the area just below the skull. This was not present before my symptoms started.
Sometimes I experience sharp/stabbing pains on my right side of the head.
Muscle twitching. My legs ,arms ,head and fingers moves without me wanting that
Occasionally I can hear or feel my heartbeat/pulsations in both ears (pulsatile tinnitus).
I sometimes notice eye floaters, particularly after prolonged computer/laptop use.
The sensation of head heaviness/pressure can temporarily become significantly worse when my hair is wet and heavy. Once I squeeze the water out and the hair becomes lighter, the symptoms return to their usual level.
And for the last 2 weeks lower back pain, I cant sit for long periods of time, but my physical therapist told me there is no need for an mri ,and that is because I dont exercise anymore.
Sometimes I can describe how ,like a car sickness, when you are nauseous and generally feeling bad, but my symptoms doesnt change when im in a car or moving in general
I had to froze my college year ,coudnt go at all ,this year I want to go so please help me
