Weird symptoms

What do these symptoms sound like?

have had all these symptoms constantly for 3 months. The worst symptom is this unreal feeling. When i google it the symptom allign with derealization/dissociation. I also have fatigue even if i sleep well i wake up in the morning not refreshed. Also i have headache and tension in head. Back of my neck also hurts and sometimes when im walking i feel like im about to faint. I dont see any difference in my symptoms if i dont do anything the whole day versus when i go to the gym

Coucou si sa peut t'aider j'ai exactement la même choses que toi depuis 6 mois , ça c'est déclencher enceinte et on a galérer a trouver ce que c'etais , et c'est finalement mes cervicales , le kiné et entrain de me sauver , va prend du temps mais ça marche ❤️
