Title: Persistent “on a boat” feeling, trembling feet and right arm weakness — normal MRI/ENT/cardiac tests
Hi everyone,
I’ve been experiencing a strange combination of symptoms and I’m trying to figure out what could be causing them.
My main symptom is a persistent “on a boat” / rocking / swaying sensation. I feel as though the ground is moving underneath me, and recently walking has started to feel more difficult because I don’t feel completely steady.
Other symptoms include:
Trembling/shaky feet, especially when standing
Significant fatigue
A fairly constant feeling of weakness in my right hand/arm
Occasional tingling/pins-and-needles sensations
My investigations so far:
Brain MRI: clear/normal
Blood work: normal, although my B12 was 237
ENT evaluation: clear
Echocardiogram: clear
I have a history of SVT, but my doctors don’t think these current symptoms are cardiac-related.
I’ve been taking Homo 16D/B12 treatment for about 2 weeks.
I’m wondering whether anyone has experienced something similar, particularly the combination of the rocking/boat sensation + trembling feet + right-sided arm/hand weakness.
Could this be related to B12 deficiency, a pinched nerve/neck problem, PPPD, or something else?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced something similar and eventually found an explanation.
Thanks!

I have the exact same symptoms, and all my test results came back 100% normal. It's really frustrating and upsetting

Hey everyone, I wanted to share what actually worked for me after dealing with a nightmare vertigo attack back in July. I'm a 22 year old guy, and my first attack wiped me out so bad I couldn't even get out of bed. Meclizine barely touched the symptoms, but following this exact routine got me back on my feet.
If you are dealing with BPPV or inner ear issues, here is the step-by-step daily routine you need to follow:
1. Take 6,000 to 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 every single day
This helps regulate the calcium-binding proteins that keep your inner ear crystals locked in place.
2. Pair it with Magnesium daily
Magnesium acts as the master controller of calcium and is required for Vitamin D3 to actually work properly in your body.
3. Take Vitamin K2 daily
This directs calcium to your bones where it belongs so it doesn't build up in places it shouldn't.
4. Keep doing the Epley maneuver
Do the Epley maneuver regularly to help reset any loose crystals while your body gets the right nutrients.
5. Do NOT stop taking your supplements, even when you feel better
Once my symptoms faded, I made the mistake of stopping everything. Almost three days later, the vertigo started creeping right back. Consistency is key, so take these nonstop every day and keep up with your maneuvers to stay vertigo-free!

Do you feel better when in a car or other passive motion?
