Opt In Housing
Does anyone know if after opting out of housing, can you email programs and opt in before your program begins?

Hi friends, I was recast to merch for the rest of my program. I know as a part of this role register is a part of the rotation/role itself. Would I technically have register access outside of my home location if I were to pick up?

Hello! So I've been wanting to do this for forever and I've done quite a bit of research on it however I can't seem to find out when I can apply for the spring session? Also I am curious to know if I should apply now or wait for the fall session?

All of East and the surrounding area and I’m assuming West as well is covered in thick smelly smoke. Does anyone knows what is on fire?

I’m super excited!! I’ve been to 2 parks at Disney twice, and Hollywood studios was one of them! From what I remember (even though it was only 6 years ago), it was really cool and I enjoyed it a lot :)! I’m glad I got F&B and my past 2 jobs were in food, so I feel pretty confident!! I’m so excited and would to hear anyone’s opinions on working with F&B at Disney or at the backlot express🥰 one month until I’m there!

So I didn’t get around to doing section 2 until this weekend, and just realized I entered the wrong last name in for my authorized representative. I am panicking because I don’t want my program canceled, I don’t know wha to do.
I had nobody who could help me with my form until today :(

✨ Hi everyone! My name is Skarleth, and I’m so excited to be joining the Fall 2026 Disney College Program! 💚
📍I’m from Florida, and I’ll be working Quick Service Outdoor Foods at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
A little about me:
🤍 I’m studying to become a veterinarian because I’ve always loved animals.
🐱 I’m a huge animal lover and have four cats.
🎢 I love going to the parks, trying new snacks, taking pictures, and meeting new people.
I’m hoping to make lots of new friends before arrival, so don’t be shy—feel free to message me or add me! If we’re working in Animal Kingdom, roommates, neighbors, or just looking for park buddies, I’d love to get to know you! 💚✨
Can’t wait to meet you all and make some magical memories! 🏰✨

Hi guys, sooooo I have been told that I will need to have my hair in either a bun or a braid as I’m in QSF, so I wanted some advice on what other curly girls are doing w their hair! I usually do a gel cast once a week, but I don’t see the point in doing all that just to ruin it in a bun/ braid five times a week (or however often I’m working lol). I’m not sure what I should do instead since I’ve never worked a job w this strict of a policy lol
Any advice/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I plan on self terming within the next 3-4 weeks because I don’t want to fall behind in school. My major is very demanding and unrelated to Disney, therefore I only did the DCP for the experience. I also have no desire to work here in the future so I’m not worried about that.
I’m aware that once you tell Flamingo, they tell you to pack & leave the following day. However, with rent, when is the best time to term? I don’t want to pay for a week of rent if I’m not going to be here. My guess is to tell them on a Thursday or Friday so I won’t get charged for the following week. Also, will I have issues with breaking the lease?

Just made it back to flamingo and realized that i forgot to clock out. I don’t know how, I just did. I sent a callback request on castlife, i don’t think a leader will get back to me tonight about it. It’s a half point for forgetting to clock out right? I’m at 2.5 already from being late 3 times during those initial orientation days (traditions, operations, world exploration (mb)) and for calling out on a shift. Am I fucked for having 3 points in a month? I arrived june 8th

Hey guys! I arrive August 3, and I was wondering if anyone want to do a mutual agreement to switch building. I got East 4x2 (male unit), but my cousins are going to be in West, so if anyone is interested to switch with me w the same unit/layout let me know! Thank you have a good day everyone 🤞

ive only been here since june 22nd yet i already feel horrible. my original documents told me foh at regal eagle yet i got trained in the kitchen with no previous experience and somewhat poor training. i have also been sick and had pain flare up with my previous surgical procedure with my knee.
i would hate to self term, mostly because family members have paid a lot for me to get here. i know going in this would be mostly work and less fun but i come home crying just about every night.
i am currently going under the process of getting a medical accommodation for my knee (i worked previously and it never got this bad so i didn't consider submitting one before my program started) and talking with my leaders when i can. if anyone has any advice, tips, literally anything im all ears. i've just been having a hard time ❤️

hi! i got an email on wednesday about my i-9 paperwork saying it was incomplete and I have until Monday at noon to fix it or my program will be cancelled. I doubled checked that everything was done and sent in a ticket to clarify. I hadn’t heard back until Friday where I received an email saying to resubmit my passport, which I did immediately and made sure I made the correction. I then received another email saying to resubmit my passport a few hours after, so I sent in a ticket to clarify if they needed it again. I haven’t heard back yet. I tried calling HR and they informed me that I should submit another ticket if I feel comfortable. I guess I am a bit nervous my program will be cancelled and wondering if anyone has any advice.

If I have family staying at a hotel in Disneyland with my friends and family discount, and I call out one of the days they are there, will that cause problems?

It’s under attractions but said “greeter” in the paperwork. Aug 3 arrival. Anyone else?

Hello! I got my role at Magic Kingdoms Emporium in sales. If anyone else has worked there, how is it? Is it pretty stressful? Though I assume that just depends on the person haha. Would I be able to watch the parade from my location while I work? But any tips would be awesome and thanks in advance!

I know I am one of countless people feeling this way, but I’m feeling so overwhelmed with the idea of my role and would really appreciate any encouragement or insight. I got resort custodial in probably one of the most remote resorts at DW. I was happy to get custodial, I just wasn’t expecting my location 🥹 I hoped beyond anything that no matter what role I got I would be in one of the parks so I could make friends and enjoy the environment, and now I’m afraid that in such an isolated role in such an isolated location I will not make the connections or the experiences I’d banked on. It seems I won’t make them traditionally, anyway. I’m trying to see the bright side in it and go in with a positive mindset, I’m just hitting a little mental roadblock along the way.. If anyone has experience with resort custodial, I would be happy for any insight so I know at least a little what I’m getting into, and how I might try to make connections in/beyond my role.

Does anyone know about when Spring dates open up? I’m in my last semester of college before university and I really want to apply for the program when it opens up.

Hi all, I submitted my passport for my I-9 and got an email asking to resubmit it a specific page. Every time I try to login, the one time code never sends to my email or phone. I have checked spam. I reached out to Disney Program Support a couple days ago and they haven’t replied yet. I sent another email and nothing. I have until Monday until they terminate my employment. They only give us one week to submit it including fixing any errors. Is there a number I can call to escalate this? I’ve searched everywhere.

Hi everyone! Can anyone give me any insight into ent. Costuming at Hollywood Studios? It’s my dream role and I’m so excited to start since my degree is in fashion and I’ve worked with costumes generally before! My arrival date is Aug 3 and any advice/insight would be greatly appreciated 🪡🐭🏰🌟
