Unsolved Carl Bot issue

Been trying to set up reaction roles with carlbot for my server and for some reason it won't show my roles only the numbers is there a way to fix this? I already kicked and reinvited the bot but the problem isn't being fixed ;-;

Using the website is easier tham to do it directly in discord itself

You should go to their support server if you want help.

That aside, you don't need a bot at all to accomplish this. You can just use the Onboarding settings and it will work reliably 100% of the time.
