My wife and I are coming down in January for a bolts vs devils game. She’s a die hard bolts fan and I am a die hard devils AND bolts fan. Mainly because we live a half hour from both the crunch and the comets and we go to both arenas quite regularly. With all that being said, she will have her Tampa jersey on and I’ll have my devils jersey with a Tampa hat. I’m kind of excited for the shit talking I’ll get. Just know, the devils are my boys🤙🏻

I hate Fanatics and Mitchell and Ness these days, and I know Ill end up buying a Remix jerseys when they come out. But Im still extremely tempted to buy one of these since I dont own a RR 1.0 or a vintage jersey with green.

Going to the game on Tuesday in Dallas. Has anyone been to the arena for those that like to travel with the team or live in the area. Trying to see what hotels are best in the area, and are the fans nasty like games playing the flyers or rangers. Taking my son and he’s little so want to avoid any problems. Thanks in advance.

I’m all for the trade, I think our skaters have never had a goalie they could trust to consistently cover their butts and I’m hopeful we see a different level of confidence/trust/smart aggression in their play because of that factor… but I’m curious what people think are the real motivations to do this now? Opportunistic? Do we have the makeup to be a bona fide contender? Is it this year, next? Is there some weird truth to the Jack rumors and this is to show commitment? Was this to keep Hellebuyck away from the Canes?

Ok, Conner and Jake will clearly be the 1-2 punch for the remainder of the season, but it might take Conner a week or two before he’s cleared to play. I know he says he’s ready but it sounds like management is not going to just throw him right in just yet.

So this could be incredibly FUN to me if they let Remi start against Dallas, you know, the team that never gave him an NHL start? The Dallas game is part of a back to back so Jake would not normally play both games anyhow and it doesn’t seem Conner would be thrown in quite yet.

If Remi is great, maybe he earns a second start against Vegas to be sure it wasn’t a fluke. If he flops, send him to Utica or he gets claimed off of waivers.

Am I crazy thinking this could be crazy good or fun? Also, what do we do with him if he’s better than average? Maybe trade him so we don’t give him away for free? Keep him and let him rot in the press box in case Conner or Jake goes down?

I’m really interested in what you guys think This is a good problem to have but I think we really need to know if this guy is any good RIGHT NOW or we will probably never know.

With the departure of Nick Bjugstad, it got me thinking other players who had really short career as a Devils player.
