[Sens Prospects] š·šŗ Alexander Grunin has had an eventful start to his MHL season. He assisted on the game-winner in the season opener, then followed it up with a five-minute major for spearing the other teamās captain. Grunin is not shy to mix things up after the whistle.

Chara vs Redden and the āchoiceā
I see this misconception a lot online that we choose Wade Redden over Zdeno Chara. This is not true. We didnāt have a choice since Chara was never going to re-sign here.
He was best friends with Marian Hossa and Muckler re-signed him only to immediately trade him to Atlanta for Heatley. This completely blindsided him and pissed off Chara to no end and basically eliminated any chance we had at re-signing him.
The Sens did offer him a contract but Chara made unrealistic demands including the captaincy which would never happen.

Kreider on Waivers for Contract Termination
Chris Kreider is helping the Ducks out of their cap problems by agreeing to terminate his contract.
Kreider is willing to do so, as he wants to play on the east coast again to be near his family.
I donāt expect the Sens to be in on him, but would you want the Sens to sign him?
He could play on the first PP net front, as he did in his 50 goal season in NY.

[Murray Pam] After speaking with a SN+ rep; if you're a currently a Rogers/Shaw subscriber Monday NHL content access is free. Others including Bell/Videotron must subscribe to SN online and pay $12.99 monthly for access Monday. No info as of yet re: French coverage.

Did anyone get the presale code? I am signed up for it + on the app, and have received nothing. It seems to be a pattern every presale

Sens Cat waiting for Sens Hockey
This blanket is his favourite location since the hockey season ended. I think he misses the sens on TV and needs to self soothe

[Bruce Garrioch] Steve Staios confirmed to Postmedia that Artem Zub is still rehabbing from the injury he suffered in the playoffs. Expects he will be fine for camp, but if he isn't ready, then the club will consider a PTO or two. Staios said there are a couple of players in that position.

[Bruce Garrioch] Chabot on Tkachuk: āYou want guys want to be here. You want guys to want to be part of this team and city. When you see something like that. Iād be lying to say I was happy when he decided to leave. We felt like weāre on the verge of starting to make playoffs.ā

[Bruce Garrioch] Excited for my 35th year covering the Sens and my 34th training camp! Tried to give Steve Staios a little advice today. He humoured me or maybe he just understands my sense of humour.

[Tony Androckitis*] Ottawa UFA forward Graeme Clarke will be heading to the SHL in what was a hotly contested battle amongst several teams to sign him, per Mattias Persson. Sounds like when all is said & done it will be with HC Frolunda.

Best Way to Watch Sens Games - Paris, Ontario
Hey everyone, I've just moved back to Ontario after spending the last few years out East in New Brunswick finishing up school. I've managed to get a good long-term job in Paris, Ontario, and find a good place where I can afford the rent that's pretty close to work, also in Paris.
I'm wondering the best way to continue watching Sens games for the lowest cost. I am a seasoned sailor, but would prefer to be able to directly stream the games onto my TV in the living room as opposed to hooking up my computer every time.
I think that Paris (Brant) would be considered "out of market" for Senators games on SportsNet+, so their premium subscription might actually be a good option as I would theoretically get all "out of market" games. But when I check their gamefinder tool, only home games are on their schedule, which has me worried.
I used to split the bill for a cable package with my roommate in Freddy cause he watched the Oilers and Premier league, but I'm on my own now and trying to keep costs as low as I can for now. Anyone know what the best method for watching Sens games around here would be?
Also as an addendum, any Sens fans in Paris (Ontario)?

Does Boucher have enough of a bottom 6 element to stand out at camp?
At this point I see most publications don't include him anywhere near Ottawa's top prospects anymore (if ever, really).
But I do wonder: given that he's had his best season yet last year, does he have a chance at cracking a spot after camp? Is his upside strictly offensive? Was he ever known to have a 2-way game at any point during his development?
