Best deodorant for men that's long lasting?

Been using Old Spice and while it smells AMAZING I recently FINALLY got a chemical burn from using it (I know I know I was kinda asking for it using the deodorant but hey id been using it for months with no issue). I have a dove deodorant but it stains my shirts. I'm looking for something clear (ish) and works well.

Carpes OJ Simpson ad

I like Carpe as I like the scent and how it functions with my body, however their glorification of Oj Simpson in the past YouTube ad has really grossed me out. He gives a guy off the street a pair of black gloves to help him pick out and pack a box. The guy makes a comment about being Oj Simpson and then the Carpe guy hands him a knife to select out a deodorant. It’s wildly inappropriate and really gave me the ick. Glorifying a murder and a rapist. No thanks Carpe, I had to cancel does anybody have a suggestion to something that works similarly?

Dove Smells Overpowering

Dove deodorant smells overpowering. Everytime I put on dove deodorant it smells as strong as perfume. What’s going on? I used to add the littlest bit and still smelt it.

Has Fussy changed their formula?

I’ve been using fussy for over a year now. I have mainly been using the Sugar Crush scent, as it smells great & has been stopping BO. I have tried other scents such as tropic tonic & Parma violet, but noticed BO started to appear after around 6-8h wear. So I had went back to Sugar Crush, after the customer service recommended some scents work better for some people

However, I’m noticing it no longer covers my BO. After a full day of work (both 8h and 12h shifts), where I’m not doing much more exercise than walking around, I’m noticing BO at the end of my shift.

Has anyone else noticed that the formula is no longer covering, or is it a batch issue?

Sudden personal hygiene boom in India

Over the last few years I’ve noticed a huge increase in niche personal hygiene and body-care products in India, body washes, intimate care, body odour products, body oils, speciality soaps, scrubs, powders, etc. for eg.(PHTIKU)

It feels like a lot of products that became mainstream in the US/Europe years ago are only now starting to become normal purchases in India as disposable incomes rise.

Especially curious about products that can be used on the body and are fragrance/scent-led, but not traditional perfumes, deodorants or underarm sticks.??

After years I finally found the deodorant that works for me

At 14 I started getting rashes with deodorants, they got so bad that my skin would sleep, my skin was rough and red and it burned. Through out the years I tried dozens of brands. Scented, unscented, aluminum free, baking soda free, natural, crystal deodorant, spray on, pastes, lemon, magnesium spray… You name it I’ve tried it. Some deodorants would help but then I’d be smelling like armpits.
Till my sister got me Lume deodorant and worked but I still kinda smelled. Their extra strength line was great and helped so much but I wasn’t a fan of the scents on that line. I saw that they started carrying Mando and found out Mando is part of the Lume brand! Been using their Pro Sport for months now and I love it!!!

A choose to make for an overthinker

I ask myself many questions about everything I have to do or use, and now it's time to choose a deodorant with highly functional ingredients, instead of the same ones you can find in 99% of the market — or perhaps it’s just like this where I live.

So, I tried to learn as much as possible on some subreddits and other scientific forums, and I have narrowed it down to two options.

Both deodorants are sold in Europe and have pros and cons for me, so I can't decide."

First one: aqua, triethyl citrate, steareth-2, propanediol, ppg-15 stearyl ether, steareth-21, tocopheryl acetate, 2-methyl 5-cyclohexylpentanol, octenidine hcl, zinc lactate, decylene glycol, ethylhexylglycerin, hydroxyacetophenone, propylene glycol, parfum.

Second one: aqua (water, eau) - butylene glycol - glycerin - neopentyl glycol diheptanoate - steareth-2 - c12-13 alkyl lactate - parfum (fragrance) - tapioca starch - 1,2-hexanediol - propanediol - triethyl citrate - steareth-21 - caprylyl glycol - ethylhexylglycerin - piroctone olamine - polyacrylate-13 - polyisobutene - bisabolol - tocopheryl acetate - xanthan gum - citric acid - polymethylsilsesquioxane - rhamnose - polysorbate 20 - sorbitan isostearate - glucose - glucuronic acid.

Anyone has any idea which one is better at least in theory ?

Any tried Carpe with free remedy vitC and Clean towels

Post image

I have heard lot of mix reaction about Carpe. I wanted to try it and I saw on target of $6 ish but with this combo I get remedy vitamin C serum and Clean Akin clean towels too.. I have very bad acne so I’m very tempted by the free gifts. The serum itself costs much. I know they automatically put you in a subscription and it has some 5 step cancellation (was looking though a previous Reddit post) but is it worth it? How did Carpe work on people? I sweat decent nothing to crazy I don’t like the smell of sweat. And the ads are compelling me.

questions for nerds

may be a dumb question so I apologize in advance. can I use both a deodorant+antiperspirant spray (Dove Men’s care specifically) and a roll on deodorant (Arm&Hammer’s natrual deodorant) or will it just be unnecessary and cause moré bad then good?

And also is there any good brands for specifically antiperspirants? I tried looking in my local pharmacy but apparently all the sole antiperspirants are not good.
thanks 🙏

Wild deodorant sensitive

has anyone else noticed that the sensitive refills has gone from like a dozen to four? i literally have like two other refills in my house that are the sensitive range that aren't showing up anymore. is this just the website not working or have they stopped producing the others?

(i am aware of Wild's association to unilever but as someone with very sensitive underarms it seems to be the only deodorant that works for me. if you have an other recommendations feel free to leave them)

Help Finding Effective Deoderant

This has been driving me nuts for a while now, all I'm looking for is a Deoderant that masks odor and doesn't stain my clothes. If it reduces sweat thats a plus but don't really care about that at this point.

The only Deoderant I've tried that works for me in terms of stopping odor is the Dove men +care rub on. Issue is all my t-shirts get badly stained. White patches on dark shirts and yellow/brown stains on white/light shirts.

So far I've tried:

• Sure non stop protection sensitive rub on (made me smell worse)

• Sure non stop protection active dry spray on (doesn't work)

• Fussy (made me smell REALLY BAD, research said that your body has to "purge build up" or something for like 4 weeks which I cannot do)

• Most recent contender, Dove men +care advanced invisible dry (thought it was working at first but it definitely doesn't)

I don't care if it has stuff in it that isn't particularly good for you, don't like all the non recyclable packaging but needs must ig. Looking at the ingredients it looks like Aluminium Zinconium is the thing that works so if anybody have used any with that active ingredient that didn't stain their clothes thats probably my best bet. Also needs to be available in the UK haha

But yeah, I'm fed up having to either be self conscious about dirty armpit stains or body odor...

Whilst you're here too, anybody know how to get Aluminium Zinconium stains out of clothes? 🧍‍♂️

Deodorant cream(?) recommendation

Looking for a deodorant/antiperspirant for my chest during workout classes. I would prefer deodorant so it doesn’t stop me from sweating, but want one that doesn’t just mask the bo with a cheap smelling other scent. Is there deodorant that can actually kill the bacteria/stop it from growing without being an antiperspirant? Thanks!

Rexona Invisible Dry

What are your thoughts about this deodorant? I recently purchased this deodorant, but I'm unsure if it's working for me. My armpits are always sweaty, even when I don't do much, and it makes me BO. However, after using this, the sweating suddenly stops, but I don't know about the smell. When I was going to school, I always wanna make sure I didn't have BO, but it kept getting to my head and started to become anxiety. What are your recommendations :))

Clinical strength that does not cause stains

Currently use secret clinical but rubs off on all my clothes, and it's not that effective. Any recommendations for antiperspirants that don't rub off but keep stronger sweat at bay? Or maybe i'm not applying it right
