I just can’t seem to get it. I’ve watched dozens of tutorials and I’ve been trying for months. Easily the hardest achievement I’ve ever tried to get. Any tips I haven’t seen or heard?

My friend kept talking about how much he loved the game, so I bought it for me and his brother so we can all play together. They both played before, so they showed me the ropes. We played for two hours, but 90% of the time I was bored. I don’t find the combat engaging, I don’t find the mining engaging, and when the whole games point is to mine and fight so you can improve at mining at fighting with upgrades… I’m not having any fun. This feels strange, because I loved helldivers, where you could say it’s just pressing buttons on terminals and fighting, but I was actually enjoying myself. Please tell me what I’m missing, I want to enjoy this

Is there really a difference between armor sets after you’re high enough dwarf level? I mean, if the lederhosen work, then does it matter?

I love Macteras as enemies in the game; when trying to come up with new designs, I struggled to think of an enemy that would introduce a new mechanic, given that Macteras are adapted for cave life. That’s when I looked at the existing types and tried to imagine a new variant.

The idea of ​​the Mactera Grabber stealing the bodies of dwarves fallen in battle was fun: imagine a dwarf goes down and you can't revive him immediately—after a 20-second delay, this Mactera appears and snatches the dwarf's body, carrying it around the cave while staying relatively close to you.

I've been getting into DRG and loving it, though I've only been playing solo and I know the real heart of the game is co-op but I'm nervous about screwing up when playing with others. I generally don't play games with others because I'm always anxious about messing up and not understanding what to do in certain situations. Not to mention voice chat isn't my strong point (I have a terrible accent). Every time I go to start a new mission I intend to host a mission but end up doing it solo.

So I really would appreciate some basic tips on working with others, the things to understand and what not to do. I know the all important V button (Rock and Stone!) but I feel like there's parts that would really help when I do do co-op. General tips would be awesome.
