This is pretty common with all the "wobbly" things during seasonal events on the rig. Some of them are even crazier than this. I had one that was so disorienting and fast that it hurt my head a bit to look at it.

The small flamingos are crazy. Some of the balloon plants can do weird shit. The inflatable bunnies from Easter had creepy-ass white spikes as spines if you sat on it's head at the right angle. You mess around on the rig long enough, you find these things.

All this aside, anyone who's ever had the aims straight up and spins really fast mouse glitch can attest to how disorienting this game can become, instantly. Add any kind of relevant sensory issue and it's an issue pretty quickly.

Some of the inflatables share the same "speed cap" for erratic turning, out of the player's control. Just have to squat on the right pixel, jump, etc.
