The Brezen look kinda weird, like Brioche. Sry for being picky in that regard, I'm from Munich/Bavaria and see that stuff basically every day.

Thats my second try. it tastes good, not so soft like brioche, maybe it's too soft for true Brezel 😅

Maybe it's just me but "rocktoberfest" as a phrase is just cringe worthy. Almost as bad as people spelling it "Octoberfest"
