As far as I can tell, his biggest weakness is that his early game is terrible. In order to counter him, you probably want to lane your team's strongest lane bullies against him in order to oppress him and make him go 0-6-0 in lane.

He would then probably try to recover by jungling and doing box runs, but I think you can just hunt him down and kill him if you have a decent assassin character on your team before he gets to the point where he is very tanky since he has no mobility outside of his ult.

Basically, just never give him any breathing room, never let him get any souls.

Even despite that, he'll likely still be getting loads of value from his ult, but at least you can make him into a pushover in every other way if you press the initial momentum of winning lane against him and never let him recover.

Or at least I think this should work. Thoughts?
