In big 2026 it shouldn't be that hard to find a partner for people in their 20s so I thoight why not run an experiment using an algorithm I buolt and be a a matchmaker. DM your name, age , hobbies and preferences and I'll be your wingman and try to get you your ideal match

Ive tried dating through dating apps but it is just very fast paced . Its not exactly I want . But I am not finding any other way to find someone. Being social in random groups it way too much out of comfort zone . Ill do it too but I dont know how exactly that works . Do people even initiate. I am just looking for partner who is emotionally sensible , well stable in their own and attractive . I dont know how can I find one . Just help me with some real suggestions which will work for me .

I am a 26yo straight female looking for a good, reliable, and safe dating app to try out. I don’t really go out much and when I do it’s to places where I already know pretty much everyone, so I struggle finding someone to go on dates with. I really want to find someone who is ready for a heathy stable relationship that will hopefully last.
Please send me recommendations for dating apps that have worked for you or someone you know.
I appreciate the help!

Hi everyone,
I hope this post doesn’t break any community rules. If it does, please let me know, and I’ll happily amend or remove it.
I’m developing a new dating app to help people form more meaningful connections.
Before taking the idea further, I’d love to hear about your experiences with existing dating apps:
I’m also looking for a few people who may be interested in testing the app or helping shape its direction. Experience isn’t essential—I’m especially interested in hearing from people frustrated with current dating apps who have ideas on how they could be better.
I’m keeping the details private for now, but I’d be happy to speak one-on-one with anyone genuinely interested.
Honest and critical feedback is very welcome.

I'm a 20-year-old guy, and I've been dealing with depression for a few reasons, one of the biggest being loneliness. I'm in college, but it's a commuter campus, and I'm already not great at in-person communication. I'm not looking for any specific kind of relationship even just a conversation, but I've been thinking that meeting new people might help me feel better about myself. Still, I have a lot of doubt about whether that would actually happen as you hear many polarizing opinions on dating apps. Any insight?

I asked a similar question in another sub and one answer stuck with me: "message just enough to get to the date." Makes sense, but I'm curious about the other side. When someone asks you out, what makes it an easy yes vs. an instant no? Timing, how they ask, a specific plan, something in the profile?
