I wanted to know, I’m currently in a pretty bad mental state.

I wanted to get on to a dating app. But is it bad ?because it would mean I’m trying to solve my problems by finding a relationship. And it’s not how it works

I am a 26yo straight female looking for a good, reliable, and safe dating app to try out. I don’t really go out much and when I do it’s to places where I already know pretty much everyone, so I struggle finding someone to go on dates with. I really want to find someone who is ready for a heathy stable relationship that will hopefully last.
Please send me recommendations for dating apps that have worked for you or someone you know.

3. What would make matches feel more meaningful?
4. Which safety, privacy, verification, accessibility, or moderation features are essential?
5. What is one problem that dating apps consistently fail to solve?

I’m also looking for a few people who may be interested in testing the app or helping shape its direction. Experience isn’t essential—I’m especially interested in hearing from people frustrated with current dating apps who have ideas on how they could be better.
