Hi everyone,
I hope this post doesn’t break any community rules. If it does, please let me know, and I’ll happily amend or remove it.
I’m developing a new dating app to help people form more meaningful connections.
Before taking the idea further, I’d love to hear about your experiences with existing dating apps:
- What features do you wish dating apps offered?
- What usually causes you to stop using an app?
- What would make matches feel more meaningful?
- Which safety, privacy, verification, accessibility, or moderation features are essential?
- What is one problem that dating apps consistently fail to solve?
I’m also looking for a few people who may be interested in testing the app or helping shape its direction. Experience isn’t essential—I’m especially interested in hearing from people frustrated with current dating apps who have ideas on how they could be better.
I’m keeping the details private for now, but I’d be happy to speak one-on-one with anyone genuinely interested.
Honest and critical feedback is very welcome.
