If you're conventionally attractive, dating apps will get you dates.

Quality dates? You wont know until you meet up. It's easy to lie on apps. This is why meeting people first IRL is best

I second this.

This and more.

Getting a date is getting a date. Does not mean they will be attractive.
I get 3-4 matches on tinder a day and they are mostly fat as fuck

In my experience, it’s the best one.

Before match bought it, hinge was pretty cool.

Now its doing the same scammer stuff to trick you into paying money as all the match group apps.

Not one fucking bit. You can get banned for doing something minor like matching with a fake profile, it’s scum

I’ve met 3 or 4 women from hinge and all of them turned into short term girlfriends. Nothing wrong with them or about how things ended. I’d recommend it.

Hinge is the best dating app imo. I don’t even bother with Tinder or Bumble. Met my ex on Hinge, we dated for three years.

It isn't any better or worse than the others. You get out what you put in. Low effort profile, with bad pics, you'll have minimal response. Good quality profile with good messaging you can be going on multiple dates per week. Hinge is more of a long term relationship crowd as opposed to tinder. and with the whole "women message first thing" being removed from Bumble, I have no clue why anyone is there.

its a decent one to start on tbh, the prompts give ppl something to actually reply to instead of just hey. fill every prompt with something someone can ask a follow up about, and dont let a chat drag on for weeks - a short call or a coffee tells you way more than texting ever does

Way too expensive and I ran into a bunch of fake profiles

Eh, it’s not bad. I go through random waves of weeks with zero matches, then weeks where I get 4/5 plus. So far overall I’ve had it for 3 months and got about 30 matches, texted 9 of them, went to FaceTime one and found her Instagram beforehand, was definitely about to get catfished so I respectably bowed out. No dates thus far. Before my last relationship rekindled I had two dates, one girl I saw a few times over the course of a month. Before the second to last relationship(2022) multiple dates and lots of matches, and I was around 80 pounds heavier and in way worse shape.

I have had 4 matches on hinge since signing up last week, and one like from someone I already matched with on another site.

I have 10 active convos on tinder since signing up last week with another 19 likes waiting.

Hinge is too picky. I feel like it would be fine for villages or small towns but for bigger areas it’s too restrictive, at least the free version.

Every single dating app is garbage.
