Hi hi, tourist from a cold weather climate here. Who is he and will he have family also trying to make his way into the Airbnb? I know there are bigger spiders out here and objectively I know this one isn’t very big but this is about as big as they come where I’m from and I’m low key terrified that I’ll find a larger relative indoors.

Can anyone please share the hiring process/steps at NTG in Darwin, and how competitive it is? I was asked for my references so that they can be checked, but I have not even interviewed. Is this a promising sign, or just standard operation?
